Location of gym and hours, breakfast hours, where the elevator was and which way to go exiting the elevator. Where to park for a closer walk to the room. She even said she was available until 10pm when her shift ended if we needed anything. May be an older hotel but I can handle older when we are treated well. Breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast and the lady running the breakfast was polite as well.
- LLLGJul 27, 20263.0It's a decent place to rent for the night. However, front desk staff were either not trained well or are simply lacking communication, efficiency, and overall frint desk knowledge. A simple request to split the room charges with the person I was traveling with and the night staff member didn't know how to split the charges in half. So she tells us to talk to management in the morning to have it done as charges aren't placed until customers check out. However, at 7am as we are getting ready to check out, we receive a receipt slid under our door showing the credit card on file was already charged. We attempt to talk to the 1st shift front desk member and she didn't know how to split the charges and tells us to call back later. Other than the lack of communication, knowledge, and efficiency from the front desk our room was ok. It was clean and everything worked in our room, but likely won't be going back.
