  Honestly, for what I paid and what I expect from IHG and the Holiday Inn Express brand, I was not impressed with this location. Once you start looking closely, the property feels rather rough around the edges and poorly maintained. The guest laundry area had writing on the walls, and the washing machines were not working, with no notice posted to let guests know. They also appeared to have been out of service for quite some time. The snack/concession area was almost completely empty, with very little available for purchase. More concerningly, an emergency exit had an Out of Order sign posted on it. My impression is that the franchisee is putting in the minimum effort required to remain part of the IHG brand rather than maintaining the property to the standard I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. It's acceptable in the end for a single night close to the highway so you can continue on to your final destination.

  Don't do it. Toilet paper roll was hanging off wall, tub and shower controls were hanging off wall as well. Pool was nasty, and water was so cloudy you couldn't even see the pool. WAY over chlorinated as well, burned your eyes just stepping in the room. PASS. Floor above us creaked with every footstep of the person above us....they were pacing the floor until 1am.

  Clean, and rooms are spacious. Breakfast is typical. Warm cinnamon rolls are great! Mostly quiet so you can sleep well. Washer and Dryer for guest use are in pretty bad shape. One 45 minute cycle on High heat did not dry my 3 pair of hiking pants and 3 shirts. (Outdoor quick drying clothes made of 88% nylon/12% spandex). I used the provided hangers and hung them in the bathroom (after 40 minutes in dryer) and they dried in about 30 minutes. Lobby is clean, Breakfast area is clean. Im a swimmer however, I hesitated to use the pool. It was quite cloudy with a bit of surface film.

  Old rooms. Smelled stale. No coffee maker. Pretty much non existent TV channel selection. Bathtub had ugly stain. Zero landscaping, just dirt. Needs updating

  I had accidentally left behind my $200 pair of headphones in our room. I called the same day as check out and was told nothing was turned in. All my mistake for sure - but dishonest cleaning crew is shady. I was supposed to receive a follow up call and that never happened.
