  We were in town on a Friday night. On the way there we realized we booked a room for Saturday night instead of Friday night. Basically a fat finger mistake. I called them on the way there and the said we will cancel reservation for Saturday and fixed us up with a room for Friday. I even double checked when we got there and when we checked out to make sure that they cancelled the reservations for Saturday night. Checked credit card and they still charged the card for Saturday. I called the next week and they said give it a few days and it will go away. 4 weeks later the charge is still on the card so I called today. They guy I spoke with said that he will talk with his manager. Called back later and they basically told me they are charging me for the night we weren't there. First you lied to me the basically told me I'm screwed. We travel a fair amount and I will not be swindled out of money. Great customer service. I will be reaching out to corporate after this.

  Clean and as always very comfortable rooms. Great service and great breakfast, very satisfying, yummy breakfast

  I had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing, everything was perfect, and breakfast was good too. I’ll definitely come back next month

  Room was decent, no heavier blanket or extra pillows in room for my kids using the pullout sofa, just a sheet. By time we realized we were ready for bed and had already been told to come to the desk to get towels when we had requested them earlier so didn’t want to mess with going down again. Seemed like only one employee was there all evening. Kids & husband swam in pool but it was cloudy and off-color and pretty sure one of my kids ended up with a uti because of it. Breakfast was decent. The bed went comfy and there was no actual darkening shade for the window which opened right towards the McDonald’s which has extremely bright lights on all night. It was like multiple spotlights shining into our window. No one slept well. Just not impressed. Not planning to stay at holiday inn express anymore with so many other options available.

  Great stay! Clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I will stay here again for sure.
