  Carpets need updating. The smell means the air needs to stay on constantly. The green feature- motion sensor - makes temperature setting interesting.

  Great location. Easily accessible. Polite, professional staff. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Fitness area allowed for a decent workout. Guest laundry on premises as well as an indoor pool with lounge chairs situated conveniently for recouping from a long day’s drive. My husband and I enjoyed a great night’s sleep. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here. We actually stayed two nights and will again when in the area.

  [Sun.9.Aug.2026] Wife & I stayed at this location the first weekend of Aug., we had been on road trip coming back from Mammoth Cave Bowling Green Ky and decided to pull in here stay the night since we still had another 4hrs to home to go and it was evening about, next following day we was going up the road to Jungle Jims (we been to the other Jungle Jims that is close to Eastgate area already in past). After walking into this hotel location it had a nice set up with a nice breakfast area (which breakfast is free to customers), was met by front desk female, she was such a nice person with a great personality and so helpful. She placed us into in (Rm# 321), we got our belongings into the room, it was somewhat lil stale in room so we turned on A/C to Low to temp 68° before we headed out to get some supper, we was gone abt a hour or so, before we returned back to room. Once back in room my wife went over to A/C unit to turn it off, where she only had her socks on at that time she said “The Carpet is Soaked with Water”, so i looked at ceiling seen no leaks then went over to carpet in front A/C n from the unit out abt 3ft-4ft entire area in front of it was fully soaked, so determined the A/C drain was leaking. Went down to front desk female and explained to her what was happening in our room, she went up to check it and found the same problem and stated she would switch us to another room and alert maintenance of this issue. The front desk female switched us into (Rm# 323) this room A/C was not leaking, room was nice and clean as the former room was, the only issue is the Black Outlets under TV n Beside Bed was sprung meaning that when you plug a device in the plug was so loose it about fell out and would not work the device plugged in. Next morning, met the Mngr at front desk and where we had to switch to another room xtra points was added to our membership, as i talked to Mngr she stated the that side of structure had been settling cause certain issues, i stated that makes since cause the shower door would close on it own, but overall room and stay was good. * No Coffee Machines in Rooms, due to Issue a Customer had in past.

  Truly clean rooms, no lingering smoke fumes, cigarette or pot. Desk associates are all very attentive. Michael, who covers night shift especially so, as I witnessed him defuse an early morning situation professionally and efficiently where an unregistered walk-in was demanding access to a room without a key card. A very safe, clean, well maintained hotel to use.
