- TTTim Tanner6 days ago5.0Our family just completed a four-night stay at this hotel, and it was a great experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good storage. The thing that impressed us the most, however, was the staff! Cassandra, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful! She was willing to explain things and help us with any needs we had. The hotel provided a delicious and nutritious breakfast, which our family enjoyed each morning, but the workers were stand out! Hope was especially kind, greeting us with a smile and working hard to care for the breakfast area. We would definitely stay here again, and am thankful for how the care we received enhanced our stay in Elyria.

The friendly staff both at the desk and the breakfast made for a pleasant stay. Shout out to Cassandra and Leanndra at the desk, as well as Hope and Vivian serving with a joyful spirit in the morning.

She told me to call a number, which happened to be a third party booking company and they charged me over $100 more than what I should've paid and I also didn't get rewards points or Veterans discount because of her ineptitude.

Breakfast had a good variety and the area was clean. The hotel was pretty full but we did not get work up or hear any noise. This is about mid point for us and we will stay again. Thanks
