Hotel looks very nice from the outside as well as the inside. Pros: breakfast was great and the night time meals were really good. The swimming pool was clean and the room was very nice and cozy. The pool was even heated and warm. We travel alot and I rarely go in because it is too cold. It was perfect. The courtyard is a very cozy, cute looking. We did not utilize the courtyard but did walk through it a few times to get between pool area and kitchen. The GM was very kind to us and apologized multiple times for the issues we had. We were compensated for the issues that we did experience Cons: When we got to our first room, there was mold under sink and around the inside dishwasher. I always wash the dishes as soon as I get to hotels along with just checking out the room. I went to try and call the front desk, there is nothing on the phones showing whose number to call. I push the top buttons and they all rang to the same person and got voice-mail each time. I had to Google the hotels number. They ended up switching us rooms. No mold under sink or in dishwasher. The next day a bad storm came through and water was POURING into the room through the window. I noticed there was no silicone holding the glass in place which explains why water was pouring in. Our eletric went out then too so no phones were working. I go down 3 flights of stairs and tell them. We were leaving for the day anyways after the storm. Their ended up being around 100,000 customers out of eletric due to this storm. I used the laundry facility and while it is clean and FREE, other hotel guests would leave their laundry and not come back for hours. I had to go to front desk twice to ask the etiquette for people not getting their laundry. On a side note, it was the same lady that did this multiple times, I called her out on it when she was moving her laundry around. The machines do give you a timer so their is no reason to not show up within 5-10 minutes before or after laundry is done. We checked out Thursday and the elevator was still not working. So we had to take all of our things including 3 kids in tow down 3 flights of stairs. I understand the broken elevator was completely out of their control.

Ive been getting rooms at Stsybridge for a couple months now as I am waiting on new place to be ready and of the 3 locations ive stayed the one here in Dublin was the nicest and the lowest price surprisingly. The location is was trying to get was booked up but I was able to get a 2 room suite here for a better price and the suite was amazing. It was the largest and nicest of any of the rooms yet . Altho I am no longer in need of a hotel I would gladly stsy here again .

An absolute go to hotel that has a tremendous staff that is knowledgeable, very helpful, and make the stay better. The front staff was quick, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast staff was also fantastic and gave energy to the morning. The property is great and has all kinds of amenities and outdoor areas that are really usable, not just fluff. Free laundry. Yeah, a great go to hotel.

The hotel was average at best and is hidden behind a gas station which could be hard to find. When you go get a carrier you only have one type of carrier which suck if you have a lot of luggage and makes things difficult, we didn't have to wait long for a room since I made reservations. Navigating the hotel in my opinion is kinda easy to there are lots of signs telling you where to go however the signs are small and might be hard to read if you have vision difficulties. The elevator has a nice marble like interior and the ride up and down is smooth, the only problem is that you gotta press the buttons multiple times for it to register and the elevator door opens slightly slow. Theres a pantry near the reception desk that has things like microwave dinners, soda, candy and detergent, everything got to be paid if you want something which isn't really clear and the prices are on a tiny piece of paper in the corner It would have been better if the prices where more visible and bigger. My room was really nice and comfortable. I originally had a regular bedroom but got upgraded since they didn't have any. The room I got was had 3 bedrooms (4 if you include the pullout couch)and 2 bathrooms. The living room and the bedrooms both had a lg TV in it which is really nice. There's a pice of paper on a table that shows you the channel list which is nice. My room was slightly dirty I found a piece of candy on the ground that was just swept underneath the bed and when I went to take a shower I felt like the faucet was gonna come off the wall when I pulled on the thing that changed the bath to the shower. The gym was ok, there was a nice variety of workout equipment like dumbbells, treadmills and yoga mats. There's a water jug that serves you cold and hot water but the hot water doesn't work and gives you Luke warm instead. The pool is alright, it starts at 3 ft and goes down to 5 ft. There isn't a life guard on duty so you probably want to be careful. The pool lifts doesn't work so probably not the best for an elderly to go swimming. The pool also has jets that shoots warm water in some areas of the pool. 1 of the maintenance doors isn't even locked and someone can just walk in. Breakfast is served everyday at 7 and there are different options every day, some options that are the same are waffles, rice, cereal and a yogurt bar. Overall I think this place is just alright. Definitely not the greatest hotel but it gets the job done and is alright for someone who just wants to go to a hotel for a few nights. Some of the doors around the hotel didn't work so sometimes you got to travel around the whole hotel just to go somewhere witch isn't convenience at all. Would I recommend it? Probably, if you want to have a average time. My suggesting, find somewhere else.

The room was so dirty & really smelled of cigarette smoke, the baseboard & shelf were broke, kitchen cupboard was loose, no ice machine in the hotel, the door on the outside on the south side of the building didn't even lock. The hotel really needs lots of cleaning, repairs and updates! The guy at the front desk was great!! Very personable, pleasant, caring and helpful!!
