    I really enjoyed my stay here. Katelyn was SO nice during check in and the evening of my stay. Absolutely 100% stellar service from her! The bed was comfy, with a variety of types of pillows to choose from. The room was clean and spacious. The shower head had multiple modes, including a gentle rainfall mode that was really lovely. The blackout curtain on the window was a nice touch and I appreciated the 24/7 coffee, tea, and cocoa station (with a decaf option!).

    Rooms are generally nice & well kept Had to switch rooms this trip due to the carpet being damp (cleaning??) and a slight musty smell. Was able to change rooms with ease!

    For the price we paid on a Sat nite it was somewhat disappointing. We were told breakfast Sun morning was 7am and the website says 7. Nope it is 7:30. We had a long travel day ahead and this was one disappointment. However, kudos to the person preparing the breakfast. They heard my comment about the miscommunication and opened the breakfast doors at 7:15. I developed a sore throat and really wanted a cup of hot water to sip on in the middle of the night. Microwave in room but no cups. So you really want us to NOT use cups. At 2am I got dressed and went down to the lobby to fetch a cup. I didn’t like the feeling of exposure for that expedition. I guess there must be a plague of people using in-room coffeecups with a disregard for conserving our resources. Or maybe I was supposed to call the front desk, and, you know, TIP to get a coffeecup. This was the most expensive hotel of our 3-week long road trip and the one with the most service cutback. No, that’s not a winning formula. Staff at the front desk and breakfast service were very personable and friendly. They made up for management’s service cutbacks.
