- KDKelly Doering2 days ago5.0So this hotel was in an excellent location. Everything was close food, walmart, Sam's club. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room kept getting ants in it and the blind for the room would not go up or down (we did not want to change rooms so we didn't say anything). What they call queen size I call full size for 2 grown adults your basically sleeping on to of one another. However, attitude is everything and the staff here were amazing. The rooms were clean and if you asked for an extra towel or pillow they were very quick to get it to you. Overall awesome experience.

During this waiting period we watched to maids get into a very verbal and disturbing fight. Not just once but twice. At one point my wife was about to call police. Very unsettling. I would love for management to call me. The maid service was still in halls at 9pm.

We decided to leave the hotel and the man who enter our room stated he was told by management to enter the room to check if house keeping cleaned it or not. When we asked for a receipt the guy refused. When I ask to speak to the manager front desk associates refuse. IHG customer service has not been much of a help with the situation either.
