  Coming from someone who travels a lot and whose business is travel (I am a travel agent), this is THE BEST hotel I have stayed in for a very long time!!!! I was greated pleasantly. The front desk staff was so kind. They were all smiling and you could tell they love their jobs. They were efficient and even offered to help me with my bags. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were soft and it felt like sleeping on a cloud. There was a lot of areas to charge your devices. There were even some USB chargers around the room. The breakfast was phenomenal! They had a wide selection (pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, warm cinnamon rolls, actual oatmeal - not the packet you add water to, cereal, yogurt, and fruit). The juice was nice and cold and they even had orange pineapple juice. They had a pool and a gym, but I did not use either. Overall, I could not find one negative thing and will definitely be coming back here again and bringing my family with me.

  We were here on a weekend soccer tournament. The place seemed pretty clean and the guy at the front desk was friendly. The next morning, my son had little red bumps all over him. Thinking it was maybe poison ivy in the sheets, we removed them and got them replaced by housekeeping. The bumps starting getting worse and didn’t look like a poison ivy rash anymore. Well, after a trip to the urgent care to get steroid and antihistamine pills for bed bug bites, the guy at the front desk was empathetic and got us a new room for the second night. When we left we were told we would get the price of one night taken off. Well, after several calls and complaints to corporate, the manager, who is extremely rude, decided to have the room inspected by who knows what exterminator, and they said they didn’t see any bedbugs. So she refused to refund us any money. Good luck if you stay here. Check under your beds and in the cracks of the pull out couch bed. Enjoy the medical bills. The manager is the problem. The other staff members were kind.

  The gentleman named Tim that checked us in was Phenomenal, he has went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible!

  Pat and Jackie at the front desk deserve a raise. Exceptional service on a day where it would have been easier to tell us it was full and they had no more rooms. Thanks to those two we had a place to sleep. The room we stayed in had a door that was bashed and beaten like someone had tried to break in at some point (all around the handle and door frame), but the two front desk ladies deserve a raise nonetheless.
