  Staff was super friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was seamless. Room accommodations was great. Amenties that are offered was spot on. Good daily breakfast options.

  We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn for 1 night and had a good experience. Our room was nice and the hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options to pick from. We would stay here again if we're ever back in the area -- great job!

  Brittany (who I assume is a manger, if not she should be) was the best part of this entire visit and the only reason I gave a 4/5 review. She was attentive, kind, and hard working throughout the first day/night we were here. Phenomenal service and an even better attitude and smile. She assisted us with pool towels (as they were low due to high pool volume use) and I offered to take them in with me as I was going back in and there were people checking in. She ran a one woman show for everyone that day and she deserves all the applause. She looked after everyone's needs and answered every question with the upmost knowledge and a truly friendly attitude. I know we bothered her a couple times for things and she insisted we were no trouble and was beyond friendly each encounter. Im hoping I got her name right as Im terrible with names. We checked in Friday 7/24. She was at the front desk checking people in. She will probably remember the mom with 4 girls winging it on a hope & prayer. The rest was subpar and had it not been for her, I think the rest would have warranted a worse rating and probably an email about the experience.

  Fingerprints, smudges, dirt/dust, loose shower/tub handles, discoloration in tub corner, and carpet stains....those were some things wrong with the elevator and room. Some things wrong with the downstairs restroom were stained toilet, numerous hair strands on the floor, broken trash can lid release and broken toilet tissue holder. After arriving for breakfast, the pancake machine wasn't working as usual, some of the pastry items weren't stocked, the oatmeal was almost empty, some of the tables and chairs hadn't been wiped down. The employees were friendly.
