  Super clean spacious suites. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday there is an afternoon social with food and drinks. Great location right in Polaris close to the mall and shops.

  Very disappointed in this hotel. The smell of cigarettes about knocked us over when we walked into our room. It is supposed to be non smoking. We had chosen a queen suite and were given a king, which did not work for our family. When we complained to the desk, we were told that they had no way of changing the room for us because we booked through Priceline. Absolutely ridiculous. The pullout sofa bed was stained and there was no bedding for it in the room. Was very disappointed with the room overall for the price we paid.

  I stood here 2 months while relocating. While the front desk staff was friendly there was so integrity issues. During a 95 degree heat wave my rooms A/C stopped blowing cold. I called maintenance and they came up to tell me the room isn’t keeping temp because I had to put it down to 65 degrees in the morning or it will go above 80 at 5 pm! Only at 8 pm did they give me a new room after I suffered sweating all day with a chronic health condition. They provided zero compensation or apology. If you stay long term expect them to post pone cleaning your room for days due to being short staffed and watch them only focus on cleaning new check ins. Expect them to be out of paper towels often. Additionally almost every shower has mold under the shower door track and mold on the caulking which the head engineer tried to argue is “Rust”. The patio is falling apart and the outdoor furniture has seen better days.

  AMAZING! I truly loved the establishment itself. Staff, receptionist and housekeeping were all great and friendly. Our room had a small issue with outside door handle and the manager quickly switched us to an even nicer room and even brought us a buggy to make it easier for us to relocate our belongings to new room. :) The rooms were all very nice and clean. We stayed in a suite that had a giant bedroom and giant sized king bed. The bathroom was huge and shower amazing. The indoor heated pool was super. I enjoyed it thoroughly. They had a beautiful outdoor spot for lounging or BBQ -ing. Pet friendly :) Their breakfast bar was soo amazing!!!!!!! Omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage both pork and turkey. (Links or patties) make it yourself waffles, cereal, fruits, croissants, English muffins, bagels, all toppings you need for them. Hashbrowns, Salad bar with fruit. Strawberries and granola with fruit dip. Orange juice, berry juice, coffee, tea, milk. They had it all and it was delicious 😋. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I will be staying with them again.
