  AMAZING! I truly loved the establishment itself. Staff, receptionist and housekeeping were all great and friendly. Our room had a small issue with outside door handle and the manager quickly switched us to an even nicer room and even brought us a buggy to make it easier for us to relocate our belongings to new room. :) The rooms were all very nice and clean. We stayed in a suite that had a giant bedroom and giant sized king bed. The bathroom was huge and shower amazing. The indoor heated pool was super. I enjoyed it thoroughly. They had a beautiful outdoor spot for lounging or BBQ -ing. Pet friendly :) Their breakfast bar was soo amazing!!!!!!! Omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage both pork and turkey. (Links or patties) make it yourself waffles, cereal, fruits, croissants, English muffins, bagels, all toppings you need for them. Hashbrowns, Salad bar with fruit. Strawberries and granola with fruit dip. Orange juice, berry juice, coffee, tea, milk. They had it all and it was delicious 😋. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I will be staying with them again.

  Nice hotel but the toilet keeper running all weekend. Sounded like someone wes flushing it every 3 minutes. No one their to fix it. Also room did not have any USB ports

  Didn't have any channels on the T.V. was all we could complain about. Everything and everyone else was amazing.

  So be careful booking with this company, they treat their customers like an Air B&B. They over book guests and then cancel 4 hours before check in. They cancelled a reservation so they could charge more to the other person that booked it afterwards. Hotel room was booked on 4/3/26 and then cancelled on 4/25/26. Was told by staff to kick rocks, we don’t care about you. Buyer beware, avoid this place like Covid-19!

  I’m not one to complain especially when it comes to certain things but I had to say this because this hotel will make u think it is nice but once u are settled in it’s a different story. One of the worst hotels I’ve attended I stayed for 2 nights and out of the whole time I stayed the internet continued to go in and out and no resolution was given once the front desk was told that kind of killed the whole vibe of enjoying the stay also this hotel is definitely “kid friendly” there’s nothing wrong with that but people need to control there tyrant disobedient children I had to switched to a different room because parents allowed there children or party that was with the children stop run and bail throughout the hallway and overtop inside of rooms consistently. Overall I appreciate the switch of the room due to the constant noise and the pool was okay I did not get my moneys worth I would not come back nor would I recommend especially if your coming to get a peace of mind.
