  My biggest complaint is that I requested extra hangars due to a 10 night stay and management did not care, and never provided any. I also asked for extra towels due to house keeping only cleaning every 3 days, and nothing. Same with extra soap for dishwasher. Don’t wanna do their job. The lady that works the desk in the evenings from what I noticed was the only one willing to try. Area seems a little rough, especially if you go to a grocery store. Do not stay here if you can avoid it. Rude staff except for the lady like I shared before. Disappointed, because I use Staybridge pretty much anywhere I go, and I travel for work. Probably going to switch hotel chains, worse experience at one yet. Sad.

  This place was amazing. We had a super late check in and they were great and helped us get checked in. I would definitely stay here again.

  We stayed here with a group of four adults and two children, and the space worked really well for us. There was room for everyone to spread out comfortably, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, which we really appreciated, and overall it felt like a good value for the price point. The amenities matched expectations—nothing overly luxurious, but everything we needed was there. The breakfast was fine and did the job, and the staff stood out as especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were a few downsides. The beds were just okay—not the most comfortable—and the pull-out sofa was quite poor, which could be an issue depending on your group’s sleeping arrangements. Also worth noting: the pool towels were surprisingly small. Overall, this was a solid, comfortable stay that met our needs well, especially for a larger group traveling together at this price point.

  I really wanted to enjoy my stay at this hotel, but several issues made that difficult. When I arrived, the room didn’t appear to be properly cleaned—the bed linens were stained, and there were dishes left in the dishwasher from a previous guest. The refrigerator and door handles were also visibly dirty, with crumbs and spots that hadn’t been wiped down. I brought these concerns to the front desk, but the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, I was disappointed by a discrepancy with the parking. My booking clearly indicated free parking, but upon arrival I was charged $15 for self-parking. Even after showing proof, I was told it didn’t apply because I booked through a third-party platform, and they declined to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to cleanliness concerns and poor customer service.
