  Great location and very friendly staff. My stay at this location is for a few months, so it’s wonderful to be at a place that makes you feel like home. The hotel offers a social three nights a week, so I enjoy not having to cook and find something to eat every single night while I’m a guest. The rooms are accommodating with everything you need to enjoy, refresh, and relax. Priya at the front desk is very welcoming and very easy to talk with. Whether it be about life, work, or happenings around town. The hotel is just walking distance for sports, eateries, or just taking a walk on the trail. OSU Campus is just a short walk away. I love that the hotel takes safety for guests seriously. Secured gates as well as working cameras around the property. I’m greeted every time i walk by the lobby or even a “welcome back” when I walk through the doors. I enjoy being at this hotel and would definitely stay here in the future.

  I was upset because we booked the wrong hotel but Millie took care of us it was a great experience the room was Superior to what we were going to stay in and Millie just called me down got us in a beautiful room and we had a wonderful experience the only reason we will ever come back is because of Millie

  DO STAY IF YOU HAVE A LARGE PARTY! they ripped off my ENITRE family reunion, moved us to a different hotel which we didn’t find out until we got there, mind you we were traveling from Georgia; and when questioned they want to bounce the call back and forth between them and another hotel. They can’t even provide me with a receipt when asked. JANKY! On top of getting a response from the hotel and being told WE should be grateful we weren’t charged a cancellation fee for an emergency that had NOTHING to do with us lol. Classy

  The room was comfortable enough. Pull out couch bed was springy and was right next to the AC, so if you are using it remember to turn down the fan speed. Showers were great, good pressure and outstanding temperature. Breakfast was reasonable, and seating was widely available today. However, this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The receptionist for the night kept being aggressive and unwelcoming. We had issues using our family/friend/employee discount under IHG as the receptionist rudely doubted the validity of the accounts. We did not feel welcome as they were very unfriendly, which already worsened a bad day for us. Rooms were good, but customer service was extremely poor.

  From the moment I pulled into the very small parking lot, it was clear that this stay was not going to be what we expected. The lobby did not have any luggage carts available, which was inconvenient from the start. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing, with a very limited selection and poor-quality food. I noticed that the hot food was not being maintained at the proper temperature, which was especially concerning. The property itself was surrounded by a barbed-wire fence, and the parking lot had an audible alarm with flashing lights that went off every time a car drove past. The constant noise and flashing were extremely annoying, especially when trying to relax. Unfortunately, the problems continued once we entered the room. The room was clearly in need of significant maintenance, including: Holes in the walls. A refrigerator with multiple dents, almost as if it had been through a hailstorm. The refrigerator ice maker had overproduced ice, leaving ice scattered throughout the freezer. The bathroom sink faucet was extremely loose and appeared to be close to falling off. The kitchen cabinet light did not work. The kitchen cabinet door handle was loose and hanging sideways. The microwave was missing the glass rotating plate. There was nowhere to properly hang towels, either before or after a shower. The TV was extremely loose and appeared to be close to falling off the wall. The bathroom door would not close properly because it hit the door frame and was visibly misaligned. The shelving configuration in the closet made it difficult to hang pants, dresses, and other clothing. The thermostat control had black, sticky-looking buildup on it and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we brought all of these concerns to the front desk. The employee did not even apologize. We were told that maintenance would be sent up to address the problems, but no one ever came to the room. We had originally booked a 10-day stay, but after experiencing the condition of the property, we checked out after only one night. We moved to the Marriott across the street, which was a night-and-day difference in quality—and it was only about $10 more per night. The property was also not accurately represented in the hotel's description. The hotel is advertised on its website as "brand new," yet it was actually built around 2017–2018. Based on our experience, the condition of the room certainly did not feel new. Do yourself a favor and look beyond the hotel's website description and photos before booking. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and the lack of response from management made it even worse. We would not stay here again and strongly recommend considering other options before booking. BEWARE.
