  This is a great location. I’ve stayed at a couple of times. The elevator was broken, but it wasn’t too bad to have to walk up three floors. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and especially the guy that works in the breakfast area. Thanks for a great day. The only downside is they don’t have a shuttle to the airport, which is surprising cause they’re right next to the airport.

  Where do I start! No AC in the building, Elevators was down the entire 4 day stay! When asked will it be fixed staff replied they don't know. Rooms need updated badly, so many noticeable things, like the small holes in the curtain, stained floors, and titles broken on wall. Then we got a notice the water would be shut off from 1pm-3pm. The ac in the room had a musty smell the entire time. The overall stay was not good! Unfortunately I wish I could have stayed at a better hotel, the Staybridges I've stayed at were so nice this was very dated and not enjoyable.

  Ali and the staff are great. Everyone is very pleasant and extremely helpful. Very relaxed stay. Will be my go to stay in Columbus, Ohio.

  I don’t like to talk badly about any place. But I must let people know that this place is out dated rooms,appliances, furnitures and flooring. Extremely dirty room and smells

  Let me start off by saying, the hotel itself, was ok. I was here for two weeks on a work trip, so it felt like I practically lived at the place. The laundry, don't trust it. My first week I met a couple down the hall that said the dryers don't work. They were very correct. Just last night 7/24/26, I tried to wash and dry my clothes without success. Save some time and use a laundromat. The room I was in was decent. The bed was cozy and the water was hot. Not a bad place to sleep. My first night, the elevator was broken, which seems to be a common issue, and the night manager offered to help with my luggage, which was kind of him. Now, what made my stay here was Kameron. I wandered down, my second day here, and this bright and shiny person greeted me with a "Good Morning". We ended up chit-chatting every morning after that and it made my stay exceptionally better. He gave me ideas of places to visit while I was here. He took pride in serving breakfast. Always asked how it was. He is professional but kind. They've snagged a good one with him. Would I recommend this hotel? Sure. It's a place to stay in a decent area and isn't far from the airport. It has its issues, but every hotel does. From my understanding and from what I've seen, they are starting to renovate the rooms on the ground floor. So in a few month's time, this place should be good as new top to bottom.
