  I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The housekeeping go through your belongings when you’re out of the room for the day & take high valuable items. I talked to the front desk & manager about the situation & they were no help whatsoever.

  Long term stay in the summer months....The common areas of the hotel are very hot and the hallway vents seem to still be blowing heat. The court yard is nice but its unkept landscaping wise, key card readers do not work properly for the exercise & pool room & most exterior doors for the court yard. The bed is comfortable & the kitchen area is a great feature when staying long term. Housekeeping could use some improvement, a wad of hair sat behind the door for a month...room was "cleaned" three times before it was removed. The service for stay overs is not the best...you pretty much have to beg for the bathroom to get cleaned and they have simply just made the bed instead of sheets for weeks on end. Front desk said stay over service only happens during the week but housekeeping says it only happens on Mondays. The on site guest laundry is nice however only one of the washers actually spin out the load and only one working dryer. Overall the hotel could use some maintenance & up keep done, the staff is friendly but housekeeping needs a lot of improvement.

  I coach and was staying at this hotel with my athletes and other coaches, we had rented multiple rooms. The power went out and due to the multiple factors we elected to stay the night anyways. Clearly not the hotels fault. One member of our party had mobility issues so moving in the middle of the night with no electricity was as not the easiest. Then the next day after there was no sign of the power returning we elected to leave still understandable. I traveled with two other groups of people who rented rooms with us. They were FULLY refunded of either their points or money. I reached out to IHG multiple times about this and I have gotten nothing in response just customer service saying sorry. The situation was clearly not the hotel‘s fault however they did not check up on us or ask us any questions or provide us any type of assistance. I feel like the whole situation could’ve been handled better.

  This was base camp for Sonic Temple 2026 in Columbus. We were lucky to receive a free room upgrade which offered plenty of space for two people! (We each had our own hotel room with a common area 😁). Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a basketball court and nice outside seating area. My only slight criticism is the building is showing it's age, so some cosmetic maintenance would help it shine even more! We would stay here again!
