- TTTheaSep 5, 20264.0We had somehow an okay kind of stay here last week despite the recent reviews of other people about this place. Our room was pretty clean, though I saw like a milipede on the bathroom wall. Gross. Anyway, our room was also next to the stairs so we can definitely hear some people at random times throughout the day and night, but thankfully it wasn't that bad. As usual, the hotel pillows were so uncomfy but we did request for an extra pillow which was actually inside the closet. Wish they just put it on top of the bed. The bed was okay, though some parts were like sinking, but we were able to sleep well. We didn't get the chance to try their breakfast buffet because we had other places to go to for breakfast, but we will definitely try it one day and stay here again.

- BBB BAug 12, 20262.0The hotel is clean, but their front desk representative needs customer service training! Their front desk staff will say one thing but in reality, it’s completely different. Another worker there (during night shift), in addition to being rude, will leave her car parked blocking part of the front entrance. She will also sometime park in one of the hotel’s four accessible parking spaces! I did not see a visible disability placard or designated plate to suggest otherwise. So, it looks like accessible parking is not monitored or enforced. Come on man, do better!
