  This is one of the best nights in a hotel we have had in a long time. Morning breakfast was great too.

  The hotel is clean, but their front desk representative needs customer service training! Their front desk staff will say one thing but in reality, it’s completely different. Another worker there (during night shift), in addition to being rude, will leave her car parked blocking part of the front entrance. She will also sometime park in one of the hotel’s four accessible parking spaces! I did not see a visible disability placard or designated plate to suggest otherwise. So, it looks like accessible parking is not monitored or enforced. Come on man, do better!

  I must have spent over 50 nights at this place. Clean, quiet, good enough location, rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast staff is great. Some of the mattresses have started wearing out over the last few years, hit or miss on that.

  there was someone else’s used towel in my shower. we put our stuff in the room and left to go explore the city. we have a concert tonight and needed to stay someone for a night.. we got back at around 730pm and then went inside. we laid down in the beds for a moment and there was a singular pillow that smelled like it was rotting. i put it on the floor and shrugged it off and was just gonna ask for another pillow. Then I went to take a shower, we opened the curtain and someone else’s towel was hanging from the faucet. that’s when i decided i wanted to talk to someone. then there was no one at the front desk for at least 2 hours, so i decided to call and she first questioned me on why i didn’t come downstairs immediately upon checking in. i guess i just didn’t feel like i needed to investigate my room at the time?…. she then helped us and told us she couldn’t get us another room but a new pillow and a shower wipe down. i thanked her and she told me we could speak to management in the morning. we spoke to them upon checking out and he told me there was nothing i could do because i didn’t check out the night before? the lady from the night before left no note, and gave no communication of the instance. i called customer service spoke to her, was denied a refund, then she transferred me back to the hotel where i continued a conversation with him. he ended up ending the phone call. i just am at a loss because it was a 1 night stay, we originally got a room at the red roof in and it looked scary so we got one here to just get another scary room😭😭😭😭 moral of the story look into the hotels you’re staying at even if it’s a one night stay because it will ruin somehow the 48 hours you finally got off of work!!!

  We stayed here about 2 weeks ago and had a horrible experience. It began raining heavily shortly after we arrived, and when we got to our room water pouring in above the window. They did not have another room to move us to the first night and there was no quick fix to stop the leak, which is fine I get if they have nothing else available, but the hotel has been unwilling to offer any sort of discount or refund for the night we spent in a damp and humid room. Additionally this room was very dirty and our feet were black from walking on the carpet. When they did get us moved to a different room for our 2nd night they made it very clear they intended to put someone else in the room that was leaking. Watch out if you're in room 312, because they are knowingly rooming people in a room with water damage. When I've tried following up with the GM I did not get a call back.
