  I had a great experience here at the holiday inn management and staff are awesome very attentive and the hotel is clean and comfortable and safe to stay.

  We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel truly went above and beyond to make my daughters feel extra special for their birthday, and we couldn’t have been more touched by the thoughtful hospitality. ❤️ Everything was clean and well-maintained, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pool was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect place for a birthday getaway, and the girls felt so celebrated and cared for. We’re so grateful for the amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!

  This was an amazingly good experience in the Polaris area of Columbus! We came to visit a granddaughter in Sunbury(which is not too far a drive) and loved the comfy beds, fast elevators, and breakfast(good coffee!).

  It was VERY nice because we let them know we were celebrating my son’s birthday, and when we arrived in the room, they had left my son presents, decorated the room with a banner and balloons, made him an elephant out of a towel, and had a birthday card signed by all the staff! The front desk employee also kept mentioning his birthday every time we walked by. Honestly this kind of customer service and friendly touches are almost unheard of these days, truly very impressed. It has a great amount of space in the room, and our room had a pull out bed (although not the most comfortable mattress but we made it work), and a FULL fridge with separate freezer which we loved. Everywhere was VERY clean and the renovations feel very fresh and well done. It has the best hotel pool in Columbus! It may be a salt water pool? The kids area has plenty of space for my kids to reach the bottom and enjoy the water features. All in all, amazing time. First time staying at a Holiday Inn Express, and we would definitely choose to stay here again next time we are in Columbus!

  Let me start by saying this hotel is amazing! Their staff, pool, rooms, etc. all are perfect. The pool is a mini water park for kids that’s warm enough for everyone to enjoy. There is a deeper side that is away from that area for adults to enjoy too. My daughter left her ring in the hotel room when we checked out. I called and John the GM answered. I told him we were coming back and he walked up with me to the room to allow me to grab the ring. Please note that when I arrived at the hotel he was sweeping the floors!! -Servant leadership!!! Fast forward 12 hours later I realize I left an ENTIRE SUITCASE in the room. I called in a panic. Guess who answered the phone?! JOHN! It was 9pm at this point. He went back to the room to check it. Everything had been cleaned but he ended up finding the suitcase himself at 1030PM and called me right away! He offered to ship it back to my house, but my husband went to pick it up. To my surprise, EVERYTHING was in the suitcase. From new clothes to other higher end items - nothing was even touched. We will return to this hotel. Not only for all of the accommodations and cleanliness, but for the honest, caring, staff who are there to not only serve the guest, but to serve each other too!! Thank you to all of the staff!!!
