  Wanted to come on here and leave a review. From beginning to end the hotel was amazing. Extremely courteous staff. I was getting a procedure done at OSU and their shuttle service to the hospital didn't start till 830am and I needed to arrive at 8am. From the lady that was on duty when we arrived, to the gentleman from last night, and finally a very nice young lady at the desk they were utterly amazing. They had the gentleman that drove the shuttle van to the hospital come in early just for me. 5 stars for sure!!!Amazing people, clean and great hotel. Would definitely stay again!!!

  It was close enough to the OSU stadium Which we wanted. Rooms were okay. Food breakfast was not great - I have had better at other HI locations. Room was a tad worn out. We slept well when there wasnt any noisy neighbors. The down fall is they get sports teams from other Universities. And lets face it 20+ college kids can care less about the noise level. Constantly letting the doors slam, yelling down the hall, lengthy and loud conversations in the halls, loud music. We let it go as we were awake. But once 11pm came we were done. Management was called, and they did come up to speak with them. But when they kids returned at 3am it started again. Although it was only 10 mins. damage was done as we were awake. Staff was apologetic. I am sure they dont want to kick out groups as its probably stead income. But the rest of the guest pay the price. Maybe sports teams should be given and upfront notice that their behavior will not be tolerated.

  The staff here is outstanding! Always quick with a smile and checking to see if there is anything you need. I appreciated that were upgraded to a nice suite. It looked exactly like the advertised photo. The room was clean, comfortable and smelled fresh. The decor in the room and the hotel is quite relaxing and esthetically pleasing. The pool and hot tub were in good working order and much appreciated after all of our running around. We did not use the gym equipment but on a longer stay, I definitely will. The gym area here is much better equipped than the larger hotel in Cincinnati where we stayed. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The staff was constantly working to keep things fresh and clean. Coffee is available here 24/7. Parking was safe and easy with ample space for guests. We did a lot of exploring around Columbus and greatly appreciated the location of this hotel. I want to reiterate how amazing the staff is here. They are kind, patient and always happy to assist you. We felt like welcomed guests and got more than we paid for. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

  We may have only booked for 1 night’s stay but the staff has been very helpful! We booked here for a concert and they suggested multiple wonderful restaurants nearby the hotel. They even suggested go to the Hollywood Casino instead of the other for more entertainment and more of an experience. Got back to the room really late and was able to checkout 1hr later than normal which really helped us! Don’t let my experience be an expectation because it always is based off of availability for requesting a later checkout time. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and I definitely would stay again the next time I’m back in Columbus!

  The room was filthy. Holes in sheets/blankets, lamps that flash, glass on floor, trim falling off. All I got offered was not to be charged a cancellation fee. Was told by the "manager" Hasan that charges would drop off within 15 minutes and offered me to stay in lobby to make sure they came off. 12 hours later, charges still there with an additional charge of room. Hasan told me another manager would be available at 9am, called and no manager in until 3, which happens to be Hasan again. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT stay here!!! They put a disgrace to the name of Holiday Inn Express!!!!
