  I want to start off by saying the hotel itself was very nice. The room was spacious and amenities were wonderful. With that being said, please be aware that parking your vehicle in there parking lot is not safe. Several cars had smashed windows and stuff was stolen out of them. There are signs posted all over the parking lot how the hotel is not responsible for damage to cars. Clearly they know they have a problem. I will not be back to this hotel unless they invest in security in there parking lot. This happened on a Thursday night and from what police said it's a big problem in that area. Find a better area to stay in.

  Travel constantly, never had my window busted out in diamond reserved parking. 6 or so other vehicles suffer from the same vandalism. Hotel staff did not seem to care. Upon looking at parking lot cuter glass is everywhere so I would believe it’s a common occurrence.

  This hotel was spotless, attractive and comfy. The staff were welcoming. The manager drove us to the airport in the shuttle and did an excellent job. Breakfast was well-presented and yummy.

  We stopped here the other night on our way back from Nashville heading back to Canada. We liked the location and the fact they had a hot tub so we booked it. After a day on the road we thought a hot tub would be nice. The problem was the room with the pool and hot tub had so much chlorine in the air that your eyes were burning and watering within a few minutes. We had to leave the pool area. This was disappointing. The room we had was huge! Unnecessarily huge. Could have has a dance party in the middle of the room. The hotel was a little worn down. Could definitely use an updating. We would choose something different if staying in the area next time

  While I was staying at this hotel, my vehicle, along with several others was burglarized in the parking lot. The hotel was aware of the burglaries, but apparently never surveyed the parking lot to see the extent of the burglaries. I slept in late, and when I came down around noon, I found my window smashed. The hotel doesn't seem to have checked on other vehicles when they learned of the burglaries and just left the burglarized vehicles to sit exposed until discovered by the owners. I spoke with the owner/manager, but he didn't seem much concerned about what had happened or making any effort to prevent it from happening again. When I went to get the glass replaced, the fellow said that this has happened there before. The front desk service was friendly and efficient, and there was nothing wrong with the room, but I don't expect to stay here again due to the security issues.
