  Ok for one night. Carpets were pretty dirty....but beds were comfortable and rooms were generally clean.hotel is close to airport. But hotel gives a bit of a scetch vibe....I noticed people watching us come in ..watched us go to elevator, (and not in a good way) etc. Not sure if I'd stay here again....and certainly not alone.

  I am extremely disappointed by the level of customer service I received while checking into this hotel. The interaction with the front desk manager was one of the most disrespectful experiences I have ever had at an IHG property. As someone in a leadership position, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to assist guests. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and made to feel as though my concerns did not matter. It gave the impression that, because of his relationship with the independently owned franchise, he felt comfortable speaking to guests in an unprofessional manner without accountability. I have already filed a formal complaint with IHG Guest Services at the corporate level because I believe this type of behavior does not reflect the standards that IHG represents. My family and I are Platinum Elite members, and we stay at IHG hotels several times each month. Over the years, we have consistently received outstanding service from IHG properties across the country. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered. I sincerely hope ownership and management take this matter seriously and ensure that all guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

  In May 2026 when I stayed here, the room reeked when I entered. The entire place is sorely in need of updates. But the worst thing was the careless treatment by the management. I would recommend to avoid this place at all cost!

  Es muy difícil que deje una reseña en hotel pero este me encantó limpio,tranquilo la entrada fue fácil el personal del 9/06/ en la mañana fue súper educado la verdad me quedaría de nuevo todos los hoteles tienen detallas hasta los de lujo pero cuando la limpieza es excelente y el personal amable esas cosas quedan en segundo plano

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. The first night my car was in their lot, my window was broken in an attempted break-in. When I went to the front desk staff, they casually told me that several cars had been broken into the night before, and handed me a CPD card to contact the police. I asked if they had security, and was told yes, but “they came from the back”. I’m not sure what that means, because my car was parked directly in front of the building. It was also in the row that was directly in front of their office windows, where you can see them sitting at a desk facing the windows, so do with that what you will. When I went to the same desk clerk to tell him we are checking out early and I need a refund, I was then told that the parking lot is park at your own risk, “just like Walmart”. So no security then? He was also extremely smug and smiling the entire time he is telling me this information. The entire thing stinks and I cannot tell you to avoid this place enough.
