  Went to check in. Rude. Room was clean and nice. Went down for breakfast. Rude. Went back up to our room. Key didn't work. Went back to front desk. Rude. Was there for music festive so prices were insane. $382 for one night. Not a how are you, not a thanks for staying with us, not a we will bring some more food out soon. Guy working the front when we checked in was on his phone. Finally looked up and looked at me like I had 3 heads. Nice clean place. But if friendly staff is what you're after this isn't the place. Seemed like staying there was an inconvenience to everyone working there. Went to check out and ask a question to the front desk. Not a sole to be found waited 5 minutes and left.

  DON'T STAY HERE !!!This hotel has nothing to do with the other holidays I visit, it's disgusting, just look at the corners, the crustal mirrors, even where you have breakfast, it's dirty, the door to my room didn't close and to complete it, there are bugs that have bitten me.

  I selected Holiday Inn because they usually have the best selection for breakfast. THIS ONE DOES NOT. In no way does this location live up to Holiday inn expectations. The warm breakfast selection was never rotated. They served the same what I can assume were bland powdered eggs everyday. Same sausage and potatoes. Lukewarm "biscuits" and gravy. No bacon, ham or mini omelets were on the rotation. And this could just be my disappointment, but the coffee also taste different at this location. Much more bitter and burnt tasting The hotel itself was clean and my room was clean. I slept very well for 2/3 nights and bed was well maintained. However, whoever was contracted to paint the room was very cheap. There was over spray on all of the carpet. At some point it appears they replaced the bathroom faucet for a much cheaper plastic kitchen faucet. But, it works. To make things worse there were at least 3 vehicles with broken windows because someone broke into their vehicles. I did not sleep very well the 3rd night of my stay. Because I was worried about my company truck. Admittedly I'm grouchy and tired writing this. I was disappointed with the breakfast that didn't live up to other Holiday Inn locations and then I had to worry about my truck too. I honestly don't know if I would want to come back. I usually like breakfast at holiday in , this was not the holiday inn normal expectation. But, now I also have to worry about my truck? I don't come back when I feel I need to worry about my truck. I did see a "security" guy , but honestly it didn't inspire confidence when the last one I saw just sleeping in the van. They also have a no weapons sign, that's basically an invitation that it's safe for criminals. That sign should be comforting to no one. This isn't a federal building with a strong security or police presence.

  Update on this review! I was given a microwave!and I should formally apologize was probably alittle frustrated/hungry when I wrote the old review. I will gladly change to a 5 start rating seeing that I was a little harsh last night! (Old review)-You pay over a $120 a night for a king room I would expect a microwave in it!!! They have a fridge with a freezer for what? You want me to walk all the way down to the lobby to a microwave that smells like 100 other guests food? I stayed at a crown plaza a week ago in the same area spent under 100 per night and had a whole kitchen I will not be rebooking. But the workers seem nice and the room gets cleaned I just expect more for the price I’m paying

  I was on my phone having a normal conversation and suddenly my room phone rings. They asked me if everything was okay, I responded yeah whats wrong (because im confused) they said one on my neighbors reported that I was being loud. Mind you im having the most normal conversation, in a lower than normal voice as im winding down for the night. NEVER has this happened to me. Walls are thin and whoever this lame neighbor of mine was, invest in some ear buds. Cause relying on guest services is soft and doesnt address your personal issues. Super disappointed this happened.
