  Great refresh! Thankful no carpet and my room was clean. Kim K & Caleb greeted me when I walked in. Both were helpful checking me in and when I had additional questions. So welcoming!

  Amazing place, the staff are always nice and very helpful. Caleb and Kim K. are always smiling and helpful as you walk through the door. The rooms are cleaned and fresh each and every day. The food is amazing!!!! This has been the most amazing hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

  My family and I are traveling from NY to KS, we are on our way back now. Been to 5 hotels and this is next to the first best we stayed at yesterday, paid a little less for this one compared to yesterday too. Rooms were clean, front desk welcoming. Free cookies and fruit. They have a restaurant inside you can order at but we didn't get to it, not included in the stay like the free breakfast. AC was nice, I loved the shower door which is glass unlike other hotels you have to push around a wet curtain that soaks everything up. The microwave in the room was a little sad though. My mom liked the bed pillows. Breakfast was fresh. No pool.

  This location refused to honor my reservation because I have a local address. My wife and I wanted to stay here during a power outage and they turned us away because we are local to Columbus. The staff was rude on the phone and completely unsympathetic to our situation. I recommend spending your money somewhere that supports the community they do buisness in.

  I had much higher expectations for my stay at this property. I've stayed at Holiday Inns before, and I've never had an experience like this. My first night, I got in around 1:45 AM. The smell of the room greeted me at the door. It smelled like someone had freshly smoked in the bathroom. The smell filled the whole room. It was so overwhelming that I had to close the door and couldn't use the restroom in my room; I had to go to the lobby. To make things worse, my sheets seemed half clean. I spoke with Aaliyah, the manager, and she was highly professional. She apologized and got me into a new room the next morning because they were sold out for the night. I suffered through the night, tossing and turning, got into a room the next day, only to find that the next room was even less clean than the first. There were different kinds of hair EVERYWHERE. Wrapped into the towels, on the floor of the shower, in the sink. The shower floor was dirty (I disinfected it myself with cleaning wipes). The sink was slow draining (probably from all the hair). I was (and I still am) disgusted. I had to wash my neatly styled hair unexpectedly and some of my luggage still smells like smoke. Aside from that, the breakfast was just okay. The hotel provided complimentary water, fruit and cookies throughout the day. That was nice. The gym AC was out, so it was hot in there. Overall, I'm very forgiving, but I would not stay again or recommend this location to a friend. 509 was the smoke-filled room. It's a health hazard. 501 is the room I was moved into, and there was enough hair scattered in there to make a wig.
