  First off, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was not the best, I was in a room with a joining door. The people sounded like the were in the same room as me. The door must be made of paper. There was some dirt on the floor and hair in the shower, of course this is stuff you don't find until the next morning. They did have a restaurant off the lobby which was nice. Would stay there again, but would make sure no connecting door and do a quick scan of the bathroom.

  Room 415 report: Very nice and clean place, lovely and sweet service staff. King Bed and pillows are super white, clean, fluffy and comfy. Not stingy about towels, plenty of extra. Glad the bathroom was very clean and stocked well with toiletries, tissues, toilet paper, with a good exhaust fan! (Bathrooms without fans are the worst!) Happy to report there is no carpet (a major ick factor for me) and the floor was actually smooth and not sticky like some places. My socks remained clean, the real test. AC is in good working order, easily adjustable from cool to heat or fan with the room thermostat. (A little bit loud with the fan running but that sort of white noise is better than hearing other people in the next room, so i won't complain.) Breakfast in the lobby is ample and fresh, good coffee made fresh for each cup. Had a somewhat decent dinner from the bar, a little expensive for the fare, i think the ingredients may have been frozen, but it was fine in a pinch. (I'm requesting more vegetarian options please.) Unfortunately the restaurant is not open on Sunday so i was starving most of the day and evening until my sweetheart came back with the car that night. The parking lot seems safe and well lit. Really impressed how clean and fresh everything is. We got a nice deal on priceline. Thanks!

  Front desk staff were wonderful! The room and bathroom was clean and spacious, the only downside is that it seems the insulation/soundproofing is light so we could very clearly hear other guests in adjoining rooms or the hallway even when they were not being loud. Included breakfast was nice. We were visiting Columbus and this hotel is an excellent option for affordablility, a quieter spot to rest, nearby plenty of amenities, and only a short drive to downtown and all the attractions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at the Holiday Inn Columbus-Hilliard! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this was going to be a great experience. The first person I met was Caleb at the front desk, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Traveling can sometimes be stressful, but Caleb made the entire check-in process seamless and completely stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. Exceptional customer service like his is hard to find these days, and he truly set the tone for an amazing stay. Later that evening, I visited the bar and was lucky enough to be served by Ryan. He was such a joy! Ryan was friendly, outgoing, and had an amazing personality that instantly made the atmosphere fun and inviting. He made the beginning of my evening absolutely perfect. Whether he was making drinks, chatting with guests, or keeping everyone smiling, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. Employees like Ryan are a huge reason why people choose to return to a hotel. The room itself was outstanding—beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and spotless. I was genuinely impressed by how clean everything was. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and every detail showed that the staff takes pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. The location was also perfect. It was convenient to everything I needed while still feeling safe, welcoming, and relaxing. The entire hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. What truly makes this place stand out isn't just the beautiful rooms or great location—it's the people. Caleb and Ryan went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and their outstanding customer service deserves to be recognized. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Columbus-Hilliard to anyone visiting the area. I will absolutely be staying here again, and I look forward to my next visit!
