  Very clean, ALL staff are helpful, gym small but equipped, buis office w computers & printers, free self laundry (bring or buy soaps). Comp coffee, cocoa,tea 24hrs by check in. We're in suite, full fridge, dishes (self wash or wasteful dishwasher) 🧼 given, walk in 🚿 (4 Dove toiletries in pumps). Pool is 5.5ft, hot tub is HOT & ideal before bedtime. FREE locker to sign out ⚽, 📚, Crock-Pot, 📀 (player in rooms). Cable is awesome. Free Wi-Fi. Highly recommend. Polaris close to mall, tons of food & 🛣️. Quiet too. 🕊️

  About 10 cars got the windows broken out last night. I saw evidence this happens a-lot based on the cars in the parking lot and parking lot debris. I went to the front desk to make sure they knew. I heard others talking about it and apparently this happens consistently. Reviews going back over a month state this is a near nightly occurrence. The hotel has made the conscious choice to put out a ton of “we are not responsible signs” instead of monitoring the parking lot. This was so many cars that clearly the thieves knew they could take their time cause no one is paying attention. Imagine if they caught a lone woman or girl when they know they can take their time and no one is watching. Not safe.

  Very friendly staff. Great location. A small tv size for the room size. Carpet in our room was old and needs changed out. Great amenities and enjoyed the pool.

  Stay was ruined by car break-ins. No warning or heads up. Our stay at Candlewood Suites was pleasant until my truck was broken into during our visit. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the current crime conditions in the area and was not informed of any concerns by hotel staff. As I later learned, my vehicle was one of several affected, along with at least four other guests’ vehicles. This incident had a significant impact on my family reunion trip, which brought my entire family to town, and it ultimately overshadowed what should have been a positive experience. The Columbus Police Department was notified; however, no officer responded to the scene. Additionally, while the hotel staff acknowledged the situation, no meaningful assistance or support was provided beyond reiterating the hotel’s policy that it is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to guests’ property. While I understand the hotel’s liability limitations, the lack of communication regarding area safety concerns, combined with the absence of support following the incident, left me feeling disappointed and unsupported during a very difficult situation.
