  I had a great experience at this Best Western location! I urgently needed to print out some important documents while on the road, which can often be a hassle when traveling. I stopped by the front desk for assistance, and the staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and ready to help right away. They handled my request quickly and got my documents printed with zero issues. It is always refreshing to encounter a team that goes above and beyond with genuine hospitality and top-notch customer service. The lobby area was spotless, quiet, and very well-maintained. If you are looking for a reliable hotel with professional, caring staff and great amenities for travelers, this Best Western is highly recommended!

  First and probably last Best Western for me. I don’t expect any hotel room to be perfect, but this room was extremely dirty. There was hair on the bed, beside the bed, on the bathroom floor, sink, shower, and even on the soap bottle. The fridge was filthy and I wouldn’t even use it. The dresser/nightstand had so much dust on it that it looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in months. The lampshades and curtains were stained, and the room had a strong musty smell. The building itself probably wouldn’t be bad if it was cleaned properly, but my room was unacceptable. I honestly don’t understand how this place is rated 4.2. I checked out after the first night because I didn’t want to stay there any longer.

  I checked in two weeks ago. The front desk lady was awesome. She doesn’t deserve to work there. She deserves better than that. The place is trash, Old furniture, old beds you sit in the bed and you sink to the floor, Filthy rotten nasty disgusting and I’ve been 48 states multiple times and I’ve never seen a hotel so bad in my life. It was pure trash. So I don’t know where they’re getting this 4.2 star rating. It’s obviously a bunch of fake reviews. Save yourself the headache do not go anywhere near that area.

  Booked this Best Western Suites for a quick overnight stay while traveling, and overall the experience was a mixed bag. Check-in and service were seamless, staff were friendly. We had a two-queen suite with a pull-out couch, which had great amenities and plenty of space for the stay. Unfortunately, when we first walked into the room, we were hit with a strong smell of mildew. The AC unit struggled to keep up and didn't cool the room effectively, and the bathroom vent wasn't working at all, which likely contributed to the moisture/mildew issue. None of the bottles inside the bathrooms were filled either. Tried to get another room but was informed they were sold out on a Wednesday night. They simply provided me a citrus air spray designed to dissipate the smell of smoke for my woes. Unless you're absolutely strapped for cash, consider spending the extra and stay at the Country Inn next door.

  Great experience BUT if you can bring your own pillow. Unfortunately theirs are honestly flat. Handicap suite was super.
