  Very nice hotel with easy, free shuttles to the Clinic. Valet parking is nice, but is basically the only option. The surrounding areas are a little sketchy, but it is close to a lot of great stuff! The staff is literally the friendliest of all the hotels I stay in.

  I was not able to get a room there as it was sold out. Looks impressive on the front lobby but I was not able to get a view of anything else except for a brief view of bar from a distance.

  Extremely disappointing experience, especially because of Michelle at the front desk. My dad, brother and I arrived at 11 PM after riding 600 km. We had booked a room for three with two beds and a sofa bed, but were given a room with only one bed. We understand mistakes between Booking.com and the hotel can happen, but Michelle’s attitude was unacceptable. She showed absolutely no interest in helping us or finding any solution, even though we were exhausted and stranded at 11 PM. Booking.com tried calling the hotel while we were there, and no one answered. We had no choice but to book another hotel at 11 PM and pay for it ourselves. The reservation error was unfortunate, but Michelle’s complete lack of empathy and willingness to help is what made this experience unacceptable.

  Clean, large room. Nice staff, valet took care of my car. Would definitely stay again and seek out other hotels of this chain to stay at in other cities!

  We used an IHG anniversary night to book a stay at InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland as a stop on a cross country family road trip. We checked in the evening 7/9/26, and found a bedbug in the sleeper sofa bedding within 15 minutes of check-in. I bagged it, my husband took a photo, and we brought it directly to the front desk to check out and request reinstatement of our anniversary free night. The front desk worker actually suggested the bedbug looked more like a carpenter ant, which is some ridiculous gaslighting as the two look nothing alike. She then gave me contact information for the manager, Chris Landry. When I followed up the next day, Mr. Landry told me he would have the anniversary night reinstated and add points to my IHG account within a few days time. More than two weeks later the anniversary free night and points have not appeared in my account despite follow up calls. This was extremely inconvenient for us, as with young children it was too late to find another hotel, and we had no option but to continue our drive overnight. I'm shocked that Cleveland Clinic uses this hotel for their sleep disorder studies. The presence of bedbugs is only likely to increase sleep disorders, especially if patients unknowingly take them home in their luggage. The one high point of our very short stay was our valet parking attendant, who was courteous and helpful at every step.
