  Hard to find free parking around there with construction & stuff. SUCH a nice hotel though.

  This was not our normal intercontinental experience at all. There was no bell hop on a friday night at 6pm to bring our bags up and the location to downtown was less than desirable. We will definitely stay at the Kimpton when we are in town next time, for similar pricing, you get way nicer rooms and services

  The rooms were "ok" but not that ok for the price. The walls were all scraped up the carpet I would not walk in bare feet on. Way batter quality at a Holiday INN.

  Please note this is pertaining to Intercontinental hotel on Carnegie Avenue Not the Intercontinental suites The staff here have been wonderful in our stay. Kayla along with Elizabeth helped worked out our schedule due to a better than results with our treatment at the Cleveland Clinic. The front Team were very kind and professional as was David ( very classy young man and well deserve in his high level of status as a Les Clefs d'Or in Concierge. He stepped in when he saw the line building up at the Front Line..He helped us with our transportation needs as well. Also, I must say Emil does a great job managing the Restaurant..due to our medical condition we had to utilize the In-room Dining for Breakfast and Dinner. The food was excellent along with its servers from Ryan to the other ladies ( did not get their names but again, very classy and Professional ) and the presentation was superb. The common areas were very clean and well maintained. Kayla and Elizebeth could not have been more compassionate and kind. All the employees were very Professional and well presented. Beds were great along with bathroom. I do feel it's time to change the carpets ( we were in Room 709) as there are stains on them BUT this is NO fault of the Housekeeping staff. Everything else was very well maintained. Perfect location to the Cleveland Clinic. ONLY a small area knowing many people are staying here for medical related issues...when a person books a reservation with Breakfast included I strongly suggest the Front desk reminds the Guest that this only applies to the Restaurant itself NOT room service especially as many might find it difficult to physically come down to the Restaurant. Obviously, we utilize this often so it was a surprise BUT knowing how the hotel worked with us on our change of dates...we felt it was improper to address this but maybe a reminder to Guests that it does not apply to Room service. BUT in no way does this take away from the quality of the service and food. We look forward to coming back in June for more Procedures. Great job everyone. Having lived in several Hotel Residences they made me feel like I was coming back home.

  This was the best hotel we've ever stayed at as far as how well we slept. The beds and pillows were very comfortable in the hotel itself was very quiet. I've never slept better! We had a sweet so it had an additional room. But it was way better than that. It was huge and felt like an apartment. We were really impressed! We stayed here even though we were doing things downtown because it was way cheaper and it was actually the cheapest hotel we could find during that time of the summer. It's also very close to the cultural Gardens and some parks.
