  I think the price of the room and $54 per night valet service are overpriced for what you get. The staff was more than wonderful but for what we paid I’ve gotten way more in other hotels brands. Breakfast isn’t complimentary and when we got to the restaurant no one was in there to serve us so we ended up leaving to get breakfast around town. I’d definitely wait until all the elevator renovations are done before booking a room. Rooms don’t get dark at night. There’s a gap in the curtains that allow quite a bit of light in if you get a room Facing the Rocket Arena and Progressive Stadium.

  The only real positive of this hotel is its location, which is within a short walking distance to Progressive Arena. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival and remained unclean even after we requested housekeeping twice. The bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance, including mold and cracks in the shower and a rusted, unclean showerhead. Only two towels were provided at a time regardless of the number of guests. During our stay, only one elevator was operating for the entire hotel due to maintenance, which also impacted staff and guests. Our room required going down several additional stairs with no elevator access, making it difficult to transport luggage. Service was also lacking. Staff were not very helpful or welcoming, and the on-site market was very limited and overpriced. We also experienced a serious issue with valet service, which is not directly part of the hotel but still worth noting. Our vehicle was left unlocked overnight and was broken into, resulting in the loss of over $500 worth of items. Our concerns were not handled in a satisfactory manner, and there was pushback regarding removing related charges from our bill. Overall, while the location is convenient, the condition of the rooms, service quality, and security concerns make this a property we would not choose to stay at again.

  Horrendous customer service. Massive hassle to check in. Massive hassle to get to room. Would never book here again. Many many other great hotels for cheaper in the area with better customer service and rooms. Also only one elevator so the wait for the elevator is 5+ minutes every time.

  Location was great for the event that we attended at Rocket Arena. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean, but the vent in the bathroom had an inch of dust. Valet was concerning especially after the fact as we waited for our car, a group in front of us had to walk to their car after the battery died and they had to get jumped. We get our car and as soon as we opened the doors we noticed our car was completely ripped apart. The valet said nothing until questioned to which he stated he didn't park it. But he also didn't seem too concerned which makes me think this has happened before. We asked for a refund from the hotel since it was charged to the room but said we had to contact the 3rd party company. So beware of parking or park across the street in the parking garage where you know the car will be locked.

  had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. At approximately 2:00 AM, the fire alarm went off and woke every guest in the building. While I understand emergencies can happen, there was little communication from staff about what was going on or how long the disruption would last. After being awakened in the middle of the night, it was extremely difficult to get back to sleep, which negatively impacted the rest of my stay. Guests expect a safe and comfortable environment, and this experience was neither. I hope management takes steps to prevent unnecessary alarm activations and improves communication with guests during incidents. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
