  The first thing that hit me was the smell in the lobby. I'm not kidding I can't describe it but it was an awful smell that smelled as if masked up. Fortunately the room didn't smell that way. I'll cut to the chase. The check-in was fine but not over the top friendly or anything like that. The room later in the evening was cold and I tried to turn the thermostat off but no luck. The bed is very uncomfortable it is so soft you sink into it. I had a twin queen room and I tried each one. The third floor outdoor area is also a smoking area for cigarettes and apparently marijuana. In the a.m. I went to get a tea, what this particular does not have coffee and tea you could just grab you have to go into the restaurant. I walked up and so this way to be seated and the person in the front was busy talking to what looked like an employee in their regular clothes. I heard somebody yelling from in the back by the bar can I help you? I walked over and said I wanted a tea while another employee who looked like a waitress just stared at her phone and another employee just stared off into space. The heavily overpriced market is terrible 5 for a regular size candy bar, you can just walk down the street to CVS. Obviously the location is okay. Right in the middle of the theaters. Next time in Cleveland I'll be staying at a different hotel.

  solid hotel for what it is. but when we arrived the front desk person informed us that the sauna had been burned down. when pressed, she explained that someone must have gotten mad and just burned it down. doesn't sound like they have any plans of fixing it. so if you're choosing this hotel on the basis of the sauna, i'd call and check. but if you don't care about the sauna, solid hotel with spacious rooms.

  We booked this hotel for a night so we could watch the Guardians play ball and see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s a great location for those. Valet parking was not cheap but typical at ~$55/night. Friendly staff and good rooms. I took a star off because the AC unit in our room wasn’t working but thankfully we didn’t mind - the weather was fine. I’m sure they’ll get it fixed. I’d still recommend and would stay here again when we come back to see another game!

  Abbiamo soggiornato al Crowne Plaza Cleveland e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una struttura pulita, ordinata e ben tenuta, con ambienti piacevoli e un’atmosfera molto accogliente. La nostra camera ci ha colpito soprattutto per le dimensioni: spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Anche i letti si sono rivelati molto comodi, un aspetto fondamentale soprattutto quando si è in viaggio e si trascorrono molte ore a visitare la città. Un altro punto positivo è sicuramente il personale, che abbiamo trovato cordiale, disponibile e professionale. L’accoglienza è stata piacevole e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La struttura dispone inoltre di diversi servizi molto utili, tra cui una piscina e una palestra, che rappresentano sicuramente un valore aggiunto per chi, anche durante un viaggio, vuole continuare ad allenarsi o semplicemente concedersi un momento di relax. Personalmente ho utilizzato la palestra e ne sono rimasta molto soddisfatta: è ben accessoriata e dispone di diverse attrezzature, permettendo di svolgere un allenamento completo anche durante il soggiorno. È sicuramente un servizio che ho apprezzato particolarmente. Nel complesso, abbiamo trovato il Crowne Plaza Cleveland una struttura comoda, pulita, spaziosa e ben organizzata, ideale per chi cerca un hotel dove potersi rilassare dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro. La combinazione tra camere confortevoli, personale cordiale e servizi come piscina e palestra rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Esperienza assolutamente positiva e hotel che consiglieremmo volentieri a chi si trova a Cleveland e cerca una struttura confortevole e ben attrezzata. Abbiamo anche cenato all’interno dell’hotel e siamo rimasti davvero piacevolmente sorpresi. Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, ben oltre le nostre aspettative: piatti gustosi, ben preparati e un’esperienza che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Sicuramente una nota positiva che non ci aspettavamo!
