  If I could leave 0 stars i would. The front desk clerk was so rude. I walked in and nobody was at the desk so naturally I rang the bell on the desk. She scoffed and said I can see you guys as she came around the corner. When I tried to call her on it she repeatedly cut me off. So I scoffed and said a snide comment as I walked out the door. She followed me to my car and yelled at me, when I tried to respond she interrupted again and said she is deactivating my key and stormed into the lobby. I followed her back in and asked to speak to her manager. She ignored me went in her office and continued to ignore me. I reached out to IHG and when they contacted the front desk she came to my room and was rude again when I tried to respond she cut me off again and stormed off . The GM called my room and offered me a 20% discount woohoo. But he did cancel my 2nd night without charge as I was not going to stay there.

  My expectations were higher for the money I paid. Place is under construction and if this is a proffered environment then it is right place to stay. I was not warned about this construction at time of online reservation. I would definitely go to some other place. Breakfast- if you are on a rich carb diet this this is again right place to stay. Very disappointing.

  When I booked my Room I was never told it was under Construction. I was told that when I booked the Room the pool was working it was not. Wonder costumer service but would have been like to warns about it being under construction!!

  The whole front lobby was under construction. Where was debris all over the floor, where is interceptable hanging out of the wall and the floor. I gave us a room not the first floor. The window was so dirty it could hardly see through it.. it was okay because the break room picnic table was outside butted up to our window. So every half hour or so we got to watch an employee taking break and having a smoke. Then room service came at 9:00 in the morning knocking on the door to wake us up.. check out at 11:00. 🤷🏻‍♂️ In miserable stay it was.

  Stayed 3 nights. Fire alarm goes off at 5:55am every single morning. I called 911 the third day cuz I’d had enough and the alarm stayed on for 15 minutes. The fire captain came and told us they get dispatched dozens of times a year here because of this malfunction. So if there was a fire, chances are, no one is coming to save you from it because they know it goes off daily and staff ignores it. Unacceptable. In addition to the daily fire alarm at dawn, we requested a cot for my brother, and it was the worst prison cot I’ve ever seen. All springs no cushion. So I had to share a bed with my 38 year old brother. Chill. When trying to get bedding for this cot, before realizing it wasn’t suitable for touching, the front desk kid wouldn’t give me pillows or bedding. He seemed to be in disbelief that there was no extra blanket in my closet. I can assure you, there were no extra amenities anywhere. My brother and dad and I had to work together to secure a blanket. There’s not enough room in the parking lot for the guests because there are piles of dumpster trash and old hotel furniture in the parking spots. The pool is empty, there are wet paint signs downstairs (third day here and still not dry I guess), it smells of mildew in the halls and rooms, the included blow dryer blows the equivalent of a hot breath, unusable. I’ll be filing major complaints and getting my money back. Do not stay here lol. Especially if you have kids or pets or are photo and sound sensitive-the alarms are so unsettling.
