- KWKristen WoodSep 8, 20265.0The hotel was conveniently located just five minutes from our venue and offered beautiful views and exceptionally clean rooms. Kendra was wonderful to work with and exceeded every expectation—no small accomplishment with a group as large as ours! Thank you for helping make our experience so seamless and enjoyable. HumanIT truly appreciates you more than you know!
- DNDrew NallySep 3, 20262.0⚠️Middle of the day after arriving from airport and resting in room. Suddenly the room door opens without any warning or knock. Maintenance man barges in while family is napping. Oops wrong room. Their mistake! Completely unacceptable and unsafe. Hotel offered us a drink to make up for intrusion. But if safety for family is your concern maybe better to stay elsewhere.
- S2Shenanigans Inc 2Aug 31, 20261.0Blood on blanket. Mold on sheets and food left in fridge from previous guest. Showed front desk and disnt get any type of compensation. Just a little "sorry"
- DADrei AAug 29, 20261.0We had a booking online, showed up and they said it was cancelled. We booked a room again at the hotel and when we went to our room it was a room that someone was staying in. We went down and said they don’t have anything else to offer us. We asked to cancel the room and be provided some type of proof of cancellation, they then claimed they can’t offer proof but it should be okay in a few hours. I would stay clear, terrible service.
