- JWJon W4 days ago4.0Great stay, good price. Enjoyed my stay. A few things I want to critique. The shower was broken and the shower head attachment fell as soon as I touched it. The coffee maker in the room didnt work. The bedside outlets didnt work. There was no alarm clock and the cable reception was very bad.

- ABaram brazilianMay 2, 20265.0Well, the people were my favorite part. There was Tucker, Natalie, and Katie that I remember. And honestly, they made the trip special and memorable and enjoyable. The staff here is the magic ingredient. My room was modern and clean, and I had no problems with the room. Procter and Gamble is just one street over if you've got meetings there. Also, there was a guy working the restaurant in the morning, and he was awesome too. I don't want to leave him out. I just never got his name. The location is great, though. You're right downtown and you can walk everywhere. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. In fact, I plan on it.

The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and in a perfect walkable location for restaurants, entertainment, and everything downtown has to offer. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful through the entire stay. The rooms are quiet and the beds are extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days. The on-site restaurant and bar offer great food, strong service, and a really enjoyable breakfast. It has this great boutique feel. It's elevated and stylish without being overdone. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cincinnati for business or a weekend getaway.
