  What a fabulous property. So cool! Very mod with an emphasis on organic products and sustainability. They even have a refillable water fountain at the ice machine. Shower had great pressure which I love! The furniture was chic. Room was very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

  The hotels in a perfect downtown location. The people are nice and the rooms are clean. Five star price for like a 4 and 1/2 star hotel

  I don’t typically leave reviews for hotels, but my stay was so great at Voco that I had to leave a five star review! Stephanie was particularly helpful and amazing! She definitely deserves recognition! :)

  The room was clean, comfortable, and trendy. The staff were fabulous and very helpful. We had a little difficulty finding it, but the location is great! Voco is in the middle of town. It is within walking distance of a lot to do and places to eat. 10/10 recommend

  Nice location. Bad hotel. [a] Checked in for 3 days. The morning of Day #2 was woken from a sound sleep by a phone call from the front desk. I was told we were a "no show." I informed the hotel employee that we were indeed in a room! Immediately after that call our room keys stopped functioning preventing my wife access to the gym. [b] Our rooms were not cleaned during our stay despite making a special request on Day #2 and Day #3. [c] My wife left her bathing suit hanging on a hook on the back of the bathroom door. We called the hotel the day of our departure and again the next day. The bathing suit was not turned into the lost and found. [d] The invoice listed a different room number than the one we stayed in. [e] I reviewed the charges and noticed a $250 miscellaneous charge. I called the hotel and was told that we were charged because we damaged the room by putting a hole in the wall. We did not put a hole in the wall!!! The hole was there upon our arrival -- caused be a doorknob with no door stop. [f] I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that the supervisor was not available and that today was the supervisor's last day so it would do no good anyway. [g] Lack of functioning electrical outlets. Long wait for elevators. Curtain does not cover the full window.
