  This hotel is garbage from the guy at the front desk to the shower with no shelf to hold soap after this stay is over I will never stay here again I’d rather sleep in my truck. The rooms are depressing and smell old this should’ve been a hotel that got tore down and rebuilt into something different absolutely horrible

  Doesn't feel like it's off the highway-- it sounds like it is *on* the highway. I could hear every passing semi truck all night, waking up several times because of it. You can also very clearly hear people having sex in adjacent rooms, it's not just the outside noise that will wake you up.

  The room was not clean the carpet was smelly and stained the office chair at the room desk was so raggedy you could see the white stuffing all over the chair, it really should have been in the city dump. Every piece of furniture was banged up and needed to be trashed. The toilet kept running and wouldn't flush right. I am just disgusted. A lot of Holiday Inn's are remodeling or building brand new ones. This one is definitely in need of a remodel!!! Never again will I stay here!! The breakfast and service was top notch!

  This hotel is very outdated. The hotel is huge and not quick to get around in. They also do not include free breakfast. The hotel staff they we dealt with were great. We also have 2 standard beds in our room, which I thought was very odd as most rooms these days are queen or king. The TV is also small and outdated (but we didn't even use it) I would not recommend this place. We stayed 9/26/26

  This place is pretty big for a Holiday Inn. Amenities were ok. The gym could use some work. The breakfast and lunch buffet was pretty good. Dinner service at the bar needs work. Doesn't sit well when you sit down and the only one working tables and the bar is the same person and only one person working the grill. Was told to bare with us and we'll get to you. Not what you need to hear when you're on a schedule. The potato skins and burger was pretty good and would order again. The skins could've been a meal in itself. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. What upset me was the thermostat in the room. I went to adjust the temp on the unit in the room and saw a placard that said use the wall thermostat. Set it to 70 and froze all night because it would stop cooling to 65 degrees. Next day I adjusted the temp on the unit anyways and it finally got comfortable. Why have the placard if the wall thermostat doesn't work? The downstairs coffee could be something to dial in. One day it was great and flavorful, the next it was coffee flavored water. I was very weary about the parking lot because its connected to the mall parking lot. Park on the main road or front side of the hotel if you can.
