  Do NOT stay here! Room 401 is full of black mold in the bathroom, causing the entire room to smell like mold. Plus I was also charged a smoking fee for the room and I do not smoke nor had anyone else in the room. When I called to inquire I was repeatedly hung up on. I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express and am an IHG Platinum member, by far the worst experience I've had. DO NOT STAY HERE!

  Comfy room. Nice fitness center. Enjoyed breakfast. Ubered around. Zingaros italian is a must. Great 2 night stay !

  Comfortable beds. Clean room and bathroom. Courteous receptionist. Decent breakfast. Doors were heavy and slammed shut. Blinds were broken - street lights shone in on our room all night making it difficult for a good sleep.

  1st class all the way. The breakfast that is served is very good. You have a nice selection to choose from.

  They asked for a deposit and took 75.00 off my bank card. I checked out the next day before time. I asked for my deposit and they stated I will receive it with 3 to 5 business day. I called after 10 day and they then started saying it takes 30 days before I could receive my deposit. It has now been almost 20 days and they stated my bank stole my money and started laughing. I ask that all check their bank card to see if you received their deposit back. They have not given me my money back. My bank did see where they took it out but it does not show where they credit my account. I will never ever stay at any Holiday inn express. Especially when these type of people is the owner of it. They are crooks and do not care about stealing from you and accusing the bank of stealing your money. Not to mention . They do not let you use the air conditioner. They say it broke and use the wall thermostat and it never went lower than 85 degrees in my room. Not to mention the weather outside was 100 degrees. All I got was a laugh from the young Curly head guy from India I think. The older guy watched the breakfast like you was stealing. All I ask was for my deposit back and again they said the bank stole my money and started laughing. Do not stay there. You will not get your deposit back for your stay. On travel assignment for Nursing. So all HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEES DO NOT STAY THERE. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT.
