  They asked for a deposit and took 75.00 off my bank card. I checked out the next day before time. I asked for my deposit and they stated I will receive it with 3 to 5 business day. I called after 10 day and they then started saying it takes 30 days before I could receive my deposit. It has now been almost 20 days and they stated my bank stole my money and started laughing. I ask that all check their bank card to see if you received their deposit back. They have not given me my money back. My bank did see where they took it out but it does not show where they credit my account. I will never ever stay at any Holiday inn express. Especially when these type of people is the owner of it. They are crooks and do not care about stealing from you and accusing the bank of stealing your money. Not to mention . They do not let you use the air conditioner. They say it broke and use the wall thermostat and it never went lower than 85 degrees in my room. Not to mention the weather outside was 100 degrees. All I got was a laugh from the young Curly head guy from India I think. The older guy watched the breakfast like you was stealing. All I ask was for my deposit back and again they said the bank stole my money and started laughing. Do not stay there. You will not get your deposit back for your stay. On travel assignment for Nursing. So all HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEES DO NOT STAY THERE. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DEPOSIT.

  Upon arrival we were told our already paid room had been sold. Luckily a couple checking in let us have theirs due to not needing the couch (we booked double beds). The rooms were not as clean as expected including the shower and crumbs on counter. You have to beg and explain why extra towels are needed. The pool chemicals are off (cloudy water) and it’s poor ventilation with poor stock (ran out of towels). Breakfast was mediocre no fresh fruit options. The noise level during the night on the floors is insane. They carry no noise ordinance as we complained from 11pm-2am with no change. After the first night we were unable to sleep and ended up checking out a night early. Still waiting on a call from the manager Stuart Ward regarding a refund we were promised. Despite the location everything else is worth looking elsewhere.

  Nice rooms, loved the pool, front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Had a good breakfast selection.

  Breakfast buffet was great, hotel is lovely. Weird location but okay. First room given had a toilet that rocked. Not a little, a lot. This causes leaks and is not something to ignore. But another guest told me their toilet also rocked, 2 doors down. Next room, toilet bolted down, but multiple cracks in bowl. A whole different kind of hazard! Never sent me a survey after, so here's my feedback!
