DO NOT STAY HERE. Do not trust the other reviews. I checked into a room that had boarded up windows (see photo -- disconcerting, but they told me no worries). In addition to the gross nature of the room, I was woken up by loud pounding outside my window that sounded like it was happening inside me ear and wouldn't stop. Worst hotel stay ever, and I'm on vacation.

The location is awesome. The hotel features balconies, which provide the opportunity To get fresh air, especially in the summertime. And the kitchenette provides the opportunity to prepare foods and reheat items. The breakfast and other amenities make the price ideal. And there is plenty of parking. Have stayed at this location many times. The staff are always accommodating and very pleasant. Would highly recommend! It’s a matter of fact, I’ll be back again soon!

I would definitely advise anyone staying in a room with pets to absolutely not stay there. My husband and I stayed for one night in a pet approved room with our 2 indoor only cats while work was being done on our house. Both cats caught horrible fleas and it’s cost hundreds in vet bills and groomers to get this under control. When I called I was told that this happens and a manager would call me back. No one called or cared. Don’t stay there unless you want fleas.

When I first arrived at this IHG hotel, I felt welcomed and had a positive first impression. Unfortunately, my experience quickly went downhill. When I arrived at my assigned room, I immediately noticed that the door handle was extremely loose and did not feel secure. I could literally push on the door and it would open without needing a key card. This was a serious safety and security concern. I reported it to the front desk, and they allowed me to move to another room, which I appreciated. However, the issue was very obvious and should have been noticed and reported by staff when the room was cleaned and prepared for the next guest. Later that night, when I returned to the hotel, I overheard a conversation about the hotel not having running water for showers. There had been no communication with guests about the issue unless you noticed it. I only found out by overhearing the conversation. When I asked the front desk, I was told they had been informed a while ago that the water should be working again, but it still was not. This was around 10:30 p.m. Because I was unable to shower at the hotel, I had to leave and go somewhere else to shower as I needed to be up by 5am. After a 13 hour day traveling this was extremely frustrating. There were also other issues with the room. I noticed a dead bug still sitting in the window, and the shower pressure was very poor when the water was available. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating and horrible. Guests should have been informed about the water issue instead of having to discover it themselves. Given the security issue with my original room and the inconvenience of having to leave the hotel late at night just to shower, I believe some type of refund or compensation should have been offered. Before I stay at hotels I always look at the reviews the location. I wish that I went with a different location. I have stayed at countless IGH hotels this was not good. This was by far the worst experience I have had at an IHG hotel and was not what I expected from the brand. I will not be back.

I always prefer HIE. Never had a bad experience. And this hotel chain is the only one that doesn't give me all night sniffles. Not sure if other locations are moldy, or different detergent for bedding etc but they're great for my sneezing/runny nose issues lol. Location was great. Can't hear outside noise. Only thing noisy was the shower. It was outdated (in the sense of 10-15 years old and most places switched to walk ins now). Still clean nonetheless. Sandra was lovely (sorry if that's not her name. But it was an S). Only issue was the USB ports by the lamp are broken. The hole is normal, but the actual ports behind the wall are bent in another direction.
