  Although the property is nice, the parking lot was a mess. The room was ok but one can tell their typical traveller is male. The citrus shampoo and conditioner (in those stupid tiny bottles) turned my female hair to straw. The citrus soap dried my skin out terribly. I didn't dare try the lotion...I had my own. Breakfast was ok....although they offered a full breakfast, I did not partake. They could've has a better selection of yogurts. Coffee was ok. Although the room had a microwave and fridge, there was no silverware, glasses nor plates....you needed to ask for them. Not even a few napkins in the room. I settled for eating my dinner over the delivery bag on the only night I ate here. On the plus side, the bed was comfy. I spent most of each day at my son's house so didn't spend a ton of time at the hotel

  Got a room with a kitchen and every cabinet was empty! Closet was so narrow you couldn't close the door when your clothes were hanging in it. AC unit was really loud. Bed was uncomfortable. This is one of the worst Best Westerns I have ever stayed at.

  We were very pleased with our stay and will stay again should we travel this way. The gentleman at the desk was pleasant and was prompt to provide extra bedding. Everything was in working order and clean. The breakfast area is cozy and offers much the same as other stays. The hotel is fairly close to the Interstate and easy to negotiate. For those watching their budgets (or not), this is good choice.

  We rented one of the suites with a kitchen. The room was clean and quiet (on the opposite side of the freeway). The bed was a little soft, but ultimately comfortable. Even though there is a kitchen, there is nothing in the cupboards. There was a note that you could call the office if you needed something, but I'm not sure if that would include materials for cooking. Breakfast was very good. The coffee from the carafe was better than the coffee from the machine.

  I really loved the room here. It was super huge way more spacious than most hotel rooms that I've had. There was a little love seat and table along with a kitchen area and a desk set up so you could work while there. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Nice and firm. The shower head stole the show, it was absolutely mind-blowing. It's one of those square waterfall ones and I didn't want to get out of the shower lol My biggest negative was a that one of their workers was doing maintenance in the room right next to mine at 8:00 a.m. And after traveling all day that was not something I appreciated being woken up by. They also have a great cappuccino machine in the lobby which I didn't find out about until my second day there, so that was a bummer but it's a fantastic machine. Staff were friendly but not over the top or out of their way... Location was great as well to get around town. Parking lot was a mess. Half of it was coneed off at the entrance and spots that were near the doors. We're filled with large Vans and construction vehicles, trash cans, materials. Things like that is just annoying for people coming and going with luggage To have to park far away in a barely lit parking lot. Overall, it was a good stay with a great location, I would go back.
