  Not sure if it’s the manager or the owner, But the attitude and negativity Of this individual seeps through the whole establishment I saw her berate someone sitting waiting for A large order from JoJo’s. She completely humiliated this poor woman, as she just tried to explain that she was told by the Manager at Jojo’s to park there. She wasn’t in the way of anyone but she just kept coming at her. Also saw her treat one of her staff the same way.

  We live in Solon but have stayed at the inn numerous times for special occasions. It is our little get away! A couple of years ago I was nominated by a friend for their breast cancer patient prize and was a finalist. I felt like a princess and wasn't even the grand prize winner! We stayed there this week for our 25th anniversary and were upgraded without knowing! The suite was gorgeous and impeccably decorated.

  Called and booked because our AC was out. Was told the rooms had great AC. The place was set at 75 the rooms have FANS because the AC is outdated and hardly works. Told the staff. Said they would tell management. Apparently they don’t care. Only place in town and apparently think they don’t need good rooms or customer service. Also place was disgusting. Under the bed hasn’t been cleaned in 50 years and hot tub was gross. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIIN. Molly, thank you for the response. I truly hope things get better and I really appreciate that you reached out.

  We rented the entire Inn for the wedding and it couldn’t be a better experience. Yes, the location is amazing but the convenience of M Italian and M Bevy was the best. Of course I have to mention the wonderful accommodating staff and the rooms itself were luxurious and updated. We love staying there when we come into town.

  This was our third stay at The Inn. As always, they never disappoint! We had a fabulous time. The attention to detail is one of our favorite things! The town of Chagrin Falls has so much to offer. We highly recommend staying there! Enjoy!!!
