- LTLori Toskin1 day ago5.0We stayed at the Carrollton Candlewood Suites several times while planning and then attending our son’s wedding. The rooms were nice, clean and amenities were great! The best thing about all of our stays were the employees. They were all fantastic!! Rhonda was an absolute sweetheart for all our visits and phone calls to the hotel. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
- RSRich Stokey6 days ago1.0One of the worst hotel visits I've ever had. No hot water phone didn't work. Topped off with a full bed that they called a queen and an air conditioner that didn't work. Smelled funny too, and when I complained at the desk the lady said she couldn't do anything because we booked it third party. We had a wedding, tight schedule, tried to dial it in via the phone that did not work and ran out of time to mess with it, so just dealt with the substandard set up. Should have found a way to gave me a credit of some kind to accomodate to complaint. We stayed there two nights. Sorry can't help you... Not what we're looking for when it's that bad so I won't be going back to IHG. Run from this place, not good!!
