  Worst place I have ever stayed in. I just, and I mean just, celebrated my sweet 16. Went shopping, had dinner, went out places—bought a nice dress for the occasion as well. Unfortunately, a week or so after I and family left, we realized we had left the dress in the closet. My first thought? Stolen. So we called, as it is states all over the place, ‘forgot something? Give us a call and we’ll help you out’. Long story short, picked up the dress, the packaging was ripped to shit, it looked worn, and the straps were originally tied into bows but were found untied with the lace ripped. The only reason not everything was 1 star, was because of the very few people up at the front desk nice enough to help us. Got transferred back to back before we finally got the answers we needed. The results? Lacking. Will never be associating myself with this establishment or company ever again.

  Morgan went above and beyond at check in to accommodate our needs for a walk in shower and by providing the use of the hotel wheelchair so our visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame was enjoyable.

  Smallest most cramped "suite" I have ever seen. With the day bed open you can't get out the door to the hallway. The TV in the "living room" has terrible reception. Picture is constantly pixelated. Large bathroom had a tiny shower and no ventilation. Every surface in the bathroom is wet after the shower is used. Air conditioner in the room could not keep up. Common areas and hallways were warm and humid.
