  Very very poor maintenance. Found hair on the bedsheets and a used bandaid on the floor.

  The staff was gracious, and very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, that is about the only positive thing I can say. The rooms were very small and in need of significant updating. The issue wasn’t that they appeared poorly cleaned, but rather that many things were simply worn, stained, or in need of replacement. The comforter was stained, and the upholstery on the chair was also stained. We requested a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, but we were told that the rooms with sofa beds only have a king bed. We had two small children and a teen. They had no roll-away bed available either. They only have a portable crib. We were glad that a hot breakfast was included, but there was no staff dedicated to the breakfast area. There was also no decaf coffee available. When I asked at the front desk, the very gracious staff member explained that they only make decaf upon request. She actually had to leave the front desk to prepare it for us, which was kind of her, but seemed like an unnecessary inconvenience for both the guest and the front desk staff. The butter was stored in the refrigerator, so it was too cold to spread. We had to microwave it for a few seconds before we could even get a knife through it and spread it on our food. Otherwise, food was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bread/toast, waffle maker. Sadly no fruit. There was also a metal tube or piece of the bed frame sticking out from the side of the queen bed. I hit my leg on it twice during our stay, which was frustrating and could potentially be a safety concern. The room was also too small for our needs. Our daughter was using a knee scooter because of an injury, and there was very little room for her to maneuver around the room. Overall, the staff deserves recognition for being kind, gracious, and helpful. However, the condition and size of the room, along with the lack of space and some maintenance issues, made our stay disappointing. The hotel could benefit significantly from updating the rooms and addressing these issues.

  Great location! Very clean and front desk was soo nice. If I had a complaint, it would be that the indoor pool is not heated. The room the pool is in was freezing and the water felt like an iceberg was in it . That was very disappointing because we wanted to swim so bad. Other than that was a very nice hotel.
