  I would not recommend staying here. The staff were polite. The room was dirty. I wiped the tables down next to the bed so I could put things on them. The floor when I walked in had something on it that made it feel slick, and had multiple cracks in it. The room was not well lit. The bathroom mirror had damage on it. The wall above the mirror was also damaged. The bath tub had stains and rust in it. The bottom of the toilet seat had urine stains. There was also damage to the paint next to the window. This is not up to the IHG standards.

  Unbelievable..I drove 10 hours. I arrived at 12.30am. The woman at thr desk said she couldn't put in my rewards.. and to comr doen in the morning and ask them to put it in. The woman this morning was even more unreliable.. she couldn't do it either. She couldn't work the printer. . Im so disappointed in this place

  We have stayed here many times over the years but this weekend was the worst experience ever. Our 4 rooms weren’t ready when we got there at 5 pm. 1 room had a broken tv and was dripping water from the ceiling. Another room smelled like mildew when ac was on. 1 room wouldn’t lock and had to move rooms. Management and front desk people were horrible but the other workers were extremely friendly and helpful.

  Rooms were great and clean, and the staff were so nice! The manager went to bat for us when a third party tried to not pay for a third room we booked....AFTER we already paid said third party. We stayed after traveling for a funeral and the last thing we needed was a mess with our rooms. She got on the phone and went back and forth for about 45 min with these people advocating for us and demanding payment, long story short...she won, and we got our rooms!

  At first glance it appears to be a normal Holiday Inn Express. Its been remodeled, has the familiar color scheme, etc. But then you start noticing the little things. And the little things add up. Once you walk off the tile entry way you notice the carpet appears to need cleaned. Then you make it to the elevator, where they have screwed a rug to the floor. And then tossed a smaller Holiday Inn logo rug on top of that. The door to the room was hard to open and close. The room itself was okay. But the noise from AC unit would keep a child awake from the fear of find what's trying trapped inside trying to claw its way out. Then it was time to take a shower. Anyone wanting a lukewarm shower, this is your place. The water never got hotter than 90deg. Then comes morning, and the breakfast bar. This was the bare minimum. Not much to choose from. And lastly, the faint odor throughout the hallways. It is just enough to make you walk a little faster through the halls in search or higher quality oxygen. I do not recommend staying here unless this is one of your only options.
