  Overall, very bad quality. The room’s A/C unit was not working and they didn’t have anyone to fix it, so we had to simply be cold and shivering all night. The room’s soap bottles had not been refilled, and the room was visibly dusty and dirty. Breakfast was also very poor with almost all food being empty (no one refilled the food for a long time once it was out either).

  I'll make this short and sweet. Unfortunately I woke up around 3am to a bite. I informed the staff and was ultimately given antibiotic ointment, betadine and gauze. When asked to be refunded for my stay, I was told there was not any proof. I was never contacted back as I told I would be. Communication has been through my via my travel company. I ended up in the er, with a prescription and bed rest to keep my foot elevated. I had a severe reaction, it became painful to walk.

  Stayed here with my three children from 4/25-4/26 for a quick overnight. The lobby was cute, staff was friendly. Pool area was acceptable for what it was. they had complementary cookies in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and there some noticeable updates throughout the facility. Now for the issues: - We came down for breakfast around 8:30, and breakfast was scheduled to go for another hour. It was picked over, tongs for the hot food were inside the trays which is extremely unsanitary and not safe. Pancake machine was not refilled; cold fridge was picked over-ultimately nothing was being restocked and making sure conditions were sanitary during the breakfast hour. - There were large cords in the pool area that were unplugged to some kind of humidifier that were laying out and exposed. Seemed to be a hazard. - The elevator was disgusting- no other word for this. There were three of the dirtiest rugs I've ever seen there, stacked on each other, one with an IGH logo and then some random decorative ones. - The bathroom was a yikes- mildew and pink mold on the drain, caulked over mold in the shower. caulk around the toilet was chipped and stained, fixtures in the sink were loose, and false drawer pull had stripped screws and was almost dangling off. -Room was okay with the exception of the bed- photos are attached. It was dark when we checked in and I kept the lights dimmed, but this was discovered the following morning when the sunlight came in. What even is this? I was so grossed out- it looks like blood, which I feel like is not the case, but if it looks like that, why are we not changing/switching out? - Finally, there was no tap to pay. A small inconvenience, but they said it had been offline for a while and needed to be fixed. I'm disappointed with the stay and usually feel like I can trust a holiday inn brand, but this was so frustrating for the price I paid.

  Just an overnight stay. Right off the highway but right next to a nice paved running trail. Got a nice run in and then back on the road

  First the positives, the staff was friendly and linens and towels were clean. The hotel is very “tired”. The bathroom shower had mold in the corner of the grout and around the drain. There was hair on the floor behind the toilet. There was a handprint (from dirt) on the shower wall. The shower hook on the door was corroded and the ceiling was bubbled. The ceiling may have been due to the fact there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It appears there may have been one but got removed, there is a blank spot in the light switch panel. There were also crumbs along the base of the bed. I wanted to adjust the thermostat in the middle of the night, but it had an error message. Breakfast was minimal and there was only 1 yogurt and 1 carton of milk left when we went down at 7am. Also had to wait for eggs to be brought out Although this did not become issue as the room was quiet, I am a rewards member and my profile says I like a room away from the elevator and the room I was given was directly across from the elevator.
