  This was by far the worst experience at a holiday inn i've ever had.I've stayed at holiday inns all over the united states and never dealt with any issues such as this. My honest opinion is they'd already sold our room and they had to make excuses,Why we couldn't stay there. It started when my wife attempted to check us in while I unpacked the car.They wouldn't let her use my I.D and said I was the one that had to check in. Then, when I go inside to check in before any discussion, the man immediately tells us we can't stay there because it's a king bed.And we had our three year old grandson with us, and he wasn't allowed to sleep in the bed. When I asked him for a cot, he said, they don't have any, I found that kind of weird. Then, when I asked him if he had other holiday inns in the area that we could maybe try and stay at, he only offered the name of one, and when I asked him if he had a number, he told me he didn't.He really didn't want to help me. I stay at holiday inns all the time.I am an elite platinum member.This is by far the worst.I would not recommend anyone staying at this one.

  sparkling clean, 15 minutes from the airport, free breakfast and reasonable rates. you can't ask for more. I made a mistake on my booking and Raj was super helpful. will be back.

  I never like to leave negative reviews but in this case I had to. You lost a customer with us. We were first "greeted" by a snarky front desk person, wasn't a good first impression. The room we were assigned was not good. My wife stepped on something on the tile floor and wiped it with a white cloth, the cloth was covered with dirt from the filthy floor when she looked it it. We were able to switch rooms, but were not real comfortable that the new room was clean. The property overall, is not up to Holiday Inn standards, in my opinion. It wasn't very clean. We gave our feedback to the front desk and shared exactly what wasn't clean, etc... the response we got was, can you give specific examples... well, we just did! As I said earlier, we will never stay here again. The property overall, is not up to Holiday Inn standards, in our opinion.

  The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the airport and offers a free shuttle bus, travel time about 5-10 min.! The room was good in size, also in good condition and clean. The bath offers a walk in showers. Otherwise, the hotel offers a pool and free breakfast, unfortunately the breakfast room is rather small and offers little space at peak times. Near the hotel gibs a few restaurants and delivery service. Unfortunately, there was no extension of the check out for Platin members.
