  Very clean and VERY friendly staff. This will be our go to hotel when coming to Cleveland.

  Pretty sure it was the manager but she was unbelievably rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason, threatened to kick us out on our first day there claiming we had more people in our room then we should have when it was just the wife and 2 kids with me like we stated upon checking in. book here because our bathroom was being taken out, definitely won't make that mistake again.

  Charged the wrong card. Went to front to get fixed was told it was and now checking my card and it wasnt so have to get it fixed through my work. Free breakfast is barely edible. Also purchased late night snacks, costs as much as a movie theater and it was stale. Worker also speed up at the rear entrance and could have hit someone. Pic is what im talking about.

  What a delightful experience! I came here for business, it was so close to the airport. The front desk and breakfast staff were excellent - very accommodating and friendly. The room was so clean that I would not hesitate to eat off the floor. Next time I am at CLE I will return!

  The general manager, Raj, deserves to lose his job. He has no professionalism, speaks to women in a very condescending tone, and in general just has a nasty attitude. I returned to my hotel room very late in the evening to find it had not been serviced. Instead of owning up to the mistake of the staff, he tried to blame me for why it wasn’t serviced. Not wanting to continue with this at almost midnight, I simply wanted my towels and to move on. Towels, that I had to go down to the front desk to get myself. Only to have Raj berate me and tell me I was raising my voice, which I was not. I never once called him out of his name or used foul language but yet he said he didn’t like my attitude and I would be kicked out of the hotel. When I decided to take the towels and walk away from the situation, he then followed it with “do what you need to do, because you’ll be leaving in the morning end.” Quite frankly, from the initial “yeah yeah, I’m coming“ when I went to the front desk, it seems like he had a bad attitude about something else and took it out on me. Regardless, I don’t care and the behavior was unacceptable. I then proceeded to spend the remainder of my stay (2 more days), avoiding the front desk and using side doors, or walking by the front desk with family to avoid any future issues with the general manager. I was left to feel extremely uncomfortable and angry that money was spent on a hotel that threatened to kick me out for absolutely no reason. He needs to be dealt with.
