  I had everything that I needed. The kitchen was well equipped and so was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The laundry room was great. The gym wasn't great but that's what you can except from a hotel gym. The staff was wonderful too.

  Disgusting hotel. Pool has been closed for a year (another guest told me it was a health department thing), elevator has been out of order for weeks, you have to haul your luggage up the emergency stairwell (no offer of help from front desk), furniture and room carpet disgusting, rust on metal surfaces, mildew and mold in corners, I've seen better Motel 6's. No offer of discount or refund, it was because they're a highway hotel most guests are one and done and they don't care about taking care of them. A ton of religious magazines in the lobby promoting Catholicism. IHG needs to seriously look at this hotel as they should take away their Candlewood Suites flag. (note: review edit after receiving response from "the staff at Candlewood Suites"......): This response means nothing. We asked for a discount or refund and the general manager who was working the desk said there was nothing he can do. So tell me, what's the point in me calling that number so they can "address this properly"?????? Put more emphasis on an apology? If you cannot refund what I paid you, or even a portion of it, for not coming close to delivering what a hotel is supposed to deliver (elevator, pool, cleanliness).......WHY do I need to call you???

  The lady at front desk when i checked in at night was awesome and super friendly! Price room location was great. The elevator is out not cool but i was told this b4 i checked in so i was aware and when the lady up front saw me dragging my stuff up to 3 rd floor she grabbed my bags w out even asking!!! I was sooooooooo greatful!! The bed is so springy its one of the most horrible ive slept on and im here for a few days not by choice my truck broke down!
