  So we thought this was an OK place, then we got stuff stolen from the our room the cleaners, and the management did nothing about it.So there are a bunch of thieves.Not very happy if you stay there , make sure you lock your your stuff. And the owners were laughing about it downstairs , very disrespectful

  My husband has been out here for training...I came with. The staff is Absolutely amazing. The rooms are clean the public areas are always clean and inviting..the breakfast is also very good. Hot and fresh and always filled. The pool and exercise room is always clean and on point. The GM Missy is great! She will do everything in her means to ensure all guests are happy. And very nice to chat with. Mrs Dani is such a happy and cheerful lady. Tbh I ha enot met or seen an unhappy employee. 💯 would recommend.

  Since this is my hometown area and I just moved back here, I hate giving this terrible review! Had to stay here 9 days until our rental home was available. We were told housekeeping was daily but there were many days in a row we got no housekeeping services at all!! We took out our trash and had to get towels from front desk! The housekeeping team were seen out front vaping but couldn't clean our room. Since we stayed for 9 days, they apparently put the $1967 charge on HOLD but it looked like it actually came out of our account. Fast forward to checking out on 7/15 and they then subtracted the $1967 on 7/17, which put us in an overdraft status on our account!! Pathetic way to do business. Nobody told us when we checked in that it would be placed on HOLD and actually subtracted later!! The only positive I have for staying here is the bed was comfortable, even though the fitted sheet kept coming off after a night's sleep!! We even made the bed a few days when housekeeping didn't show up! You would never know this hotel was given an upgrade in 2018. The hotel room doors are all scuffed up and it doesn't look like it got an update! $2000 was way too much for a 9-day stay. No veterans discount, no discount for staying so long. This hotel chain is just like everyone else - greedy! It's all about money and no longer about the customer!!

  Horrible stay. First room we were in, most of the locking features on the door didnt work. The light in the bathroom didnt work. The air condition was rattling and loud. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Second room we were in stunk like cigarettes. If you have other options I would use them. The helpfull guy at the front desk was the only good part of the stay.

  Front desk lady dani is so pleasant. Helpful even though she wasnt feeling well she still gave me caring and attentive customer service
