I used the parking service so I could shuttle to the airport and when I picked up my brand new 2026 Kia Sorento, I immediately noticed a large scratch on the rear passenger side near the tail light that was absolutely not there when I dropped it off. What has made this situation even worse is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I have sent multiple emails and left four voicemails for management and have received absolutely no response. No acknowledgment, no follow-up, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Accidents can happen, but ignoring a customer completely after damage occurs to their vehicle is unacceptable. I expected much better professionalism and accountability. I would strongly recommend taking photos of your vehicle before leaving it here.

Le service est impeccable : la chambre a été faite chaque jour durant toute la semaine. Le personnel est sympathique et réactif. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais pourrait être un peu plus varié. L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter New York City : la station de métro se trouve à 10 minutes à pied, et on rejoint Manhattan en 15 à 20 minutes. Je recommande !

Staff was so nice to recognize me as a platinum member and offered me and my family snacks and drinks for waiting. I even got a surprise for my guest room being upgraded to a suite!😊 Self-parking was $40 and the location is very convenient!
