  I’ve been staying here for awhile now and will not stay anywhere else in town. The staff here will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. 10/10 service

  We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our large family. The room was nice and clean. The service was great and breakfast was good as well. I have stayed at other Staybridge suites and this location has been the best by far, would definitely recommend staying here.

  So, Im guessing for the experience of older woman and couples or men with children, its a pleasant experience. For a woman and child staying last second overnight, I'd question it for safety and liability reasons. The picture of inside 149 says it all. First of all, even though the front desk man was pleasant when I arrived around 11, the card key given to my partner who came later was not active or the security on the door was not working properly. The door would not properly open and he had to knock in order for me to open the door, but that was because I physically turned the lock for my safety. It did not auto lock when I went into the room. Immediantly, I became acutely aware of the door and was uncomfortable. If you notice in the picture, it looks like there was screws put into the door from the inside and someone busted through it from the outside. Why they would rent this room to anyone without fixing it first is beyond me. In fact I noticed that the table where people are meant to eat wasn't properly cleaned. The air conditioner had a panel over it, almost assuming it was broken. I made sure to lock and bolt my door but there was no proper chain lock either and it made me realize that many things should be questioned. Breakfast bar was decent, but the cleaning service knocked on my door before check out time. It felt like we were being pushed out anyway. I will be writing a formal complaint to the manager, but if I hadn't of had someone with me, I would have found another place to stay. The location was pretty convieniant though, but I reccomend that they fix the way out of the parking lot and onto the highway. It can cause accidents as well just because of where the location is.

  Everyone at staybridge is so nice. The rooms are clean, large, and the whole staff is great

  We are currently staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, we requested a room away from elevator and were told by Brian B. No issues. Elevator dings throughout night Also upon arrival, we went to put desserts for a celebration tomorrow of 35 guests, paid for by a family member, in our room refrigerator. The refrigerator had a significant amount of ice on the walls. Maintenance was called to clear ice build up. Today all the ice had melted,ruining the cardboard boxes containing desserts. Floor flooded. Brian B says “boss”won’t make adjustment to room without receipts from the damaged desserts.this is after he had suggested crediting room rate.
