  Worst IHG Army Hotel we've stayed at. I can handle old, run down hotels, but this one was by far the dirtiest we've come across. There was dirt and hair on the bathroom sink, hair and food on the floor in the kitchen, gross spots on the walls, even the towels were discolored. I would have turned around and left if we hadn't just driven with two kids for 6 hours, one of which was very excited to see West Point (which was really this hotel's only saving grace: the location). Definitely not worth the cost. What's really crazy is that the government is paying for families to stay at this hotel.

  Disappointed had to change rooms cause window was broken and second room was clean except bathroom it needed major attention. And I was given gloves and Lysol wipes to clean up the mess that was left and also got a clean shower curtain. When I checked out talked to management and showed her pictures and she kindly refunded the night. Would I stay here again for the most part yes but next time I will ask to see room first.

  Great experience. Very understanding and kind staff that go out of their way to help you out. Would love it if all my experiences were like this. Rooms are well taken care of for the price you are paying.
