  The water went out in the hotel. We drove a long distance to spend the night here for an event the following day at 10am. On the morning of our event, around 8:30am, we had no water. Nobody did. The water went out at the hotel. We couldn’t flush toilets, drink coffee, or shower. It was miserable. It really made our experience very difficult and uncomfortable. Running water should be a standard amenity and the fact that there was no back up plan and we had to leave for the day without water really left a bad taste in my mouth. The other issue was the paper thin walls and the noisy party next door to our room. I’ll think twice before booking a Holiday Inn again.

  Came back to town for work! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but this place! Billy runs an amazing hotel! He has great staff with him! Clean, quiet and safe! Great breakfast!

  I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Coxsackie after visiting the Hudson Valley area. The gentleman who checked me in was newer to the role, but he genuinely did his best to accommodate my request for a third-floor room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable experience during my stay involving another hotel guest. I was repeatedly approached and asked to return to his room, despite showing no interest. The situation escalated to the point where he continued bothering me throughout the evening, and it became especially unsettling when I realized he was staying directly across from my room after mentioning he had seen me in the elevator. As a woman traveling alone with my mother, it left me feeling anxious and unsafe for the rest of the night. He mentioned he was a regular union worker who frequently stayed at the hotel. Outside of that experience, the hotel itself was fine and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was good, although the pancake machine was unfortunately down, which happened to be the one thing I was looking forward to. The woman overseeing breakfast was very kind and tried her best to accommodate guests. Overall, the stay itself was acceptable, but because of the uncomfortable interaction and how isolated the property felt, I personally would not choose to stay here again.

  First I called askwd if it was possibly for a early check in they took ny name all my information and said yes room sgouls be available by the time you get hear I w a 10 minutes out. I get hear and the person at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about said I have nothing available come back in an hour in half. I do get checked in room is noise off the highway no sound proofing. The bed linen is old has stains that wont come out. Breakfast no waffle maker pancake maker down. Go to breakfast at 700 no bacon hardly no sausage. The juice was almost all out. There was no waffle maker. They had a pancake maker which was out of service. We ran out of toilet paper asked the front desk for more was told we dont have any right now.
