  We always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express, the beds and pillows never disappoint us, and this place was the same. This one though, doesn’t honor any form of discount Friday-Sunday, that was disappointing especially due to the price that seemed very high. I asked for a room for 3, with two queen beds and handicapped bathroom. The room had two towels, one decaf and one medium dark roast coffee and nothing extra. It was a large sized room, but the lounge had dirt on it, like someone had dirty shoes, still fresh on it when we entered. We had to ask for a few extra towels, and we were told the washer and dryer for guests was out of order. It was loud during the night, like a party in the parking lot and the halls were noisy too, but we slept.

  For those passing through, hotel right off the thruway. Room faced it; could hear no traffic noise. Rooms clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Front desk person was friendly and efficient. Holiday Inn Express hotels have very nice coffee machines in breakfast area that grind beans and make individual cups. Tv

  Clean rooms, pillows leave a bit to be desired. Check in was great, check out not as much.

  Andy was great, very accommodating and very helpful. Sent us to Reds for the best seafood ever! Thank you. He helped us out for our down time and joined us for a while. The room was good, perfect pit stop for us. Thank you! Give Andy a raise!!

  Just checked in for a work trip this evening and the guy at the front desk Andy was incredible! Very welcoming and nice. He made the overall atmosphere 100 times better by just being so accommodating and welcoming. We’re from Ohio and can easily say he is the nicest person we have met from Newyork this trip!
