  Room layout was excellent; so thoughtful and plenty of room! Liked having 2 pillow options, water in room when we arrived and plenty of towels. Parking is easy! Staff were super nice!!!! Liked having hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt for bkst. Could you have non sugar yogurt options/greek yogurt? Room was quiet per se but over the pool and the last evening we were there, so many kids were screaming for hours outside by the firepit, it was unpleasant (but before the 10pm quiet time so I didn't think I could say anything). Could NOT get the HVAC system to be moderate; it was so cold and damp in the room; very hard to sleep.

  PEOPLE BEFORE CHECKING OUT, HAVE THE MANAGER COME INSPECT THE ROOM WITH YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I stood at this hotel on 8/7-8/10/26 and again on 8/12-8/13/26. After my departure back home I check my bank statement and saw that this hotel charged me for something extra that totaled $323. I called the hotel to see what the charge was for and they said I was charged that amount because of a broken TV. I stated to the GM Alicia Stephenson that the TV was working fine when we checked out. We had that TV on the whole time up until we checked out. I told her it could’ve been the cleaning crew that damaged the TV while sweeping or wiping. Those cleaning crews are rushing to clean those rooms and could’ve not been careful and bumped the TV. They did not want to own up to it. I told her why would I come back to stay at the same hotel if I broke something? It’s easier for the cleaning crew to blame the client that stood in that room because they don’t expect the client to come back to the same hotel after checkout and they know we are tourists and they won’t see us again. The cleaner doesn’t want to get in trouble. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns all over the country and abroad and I am a IHG member. Never have I damaged anything in any hotel. They didn’t even give me a courtesy call to let me know about the damage and didn’t tell me they were going to charge me. That charge is unauthorized and I want my $323 refunded back to me and there is no proof that the TV was damaged by me. This hotel is managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates and I plan to escalate it to them as well. I have also escalated this with IHG. Reviews will be left on other sites as well. Only a dumb person would come back to stay at a hotel if they broke something on the first visit. I’ve attached a photo taken by the GM Alicia Stephenson.

  Great stay with the family. Rooms were cozy and comfy as expected, great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was delicious and coffee, spa water and cookies available anytime. Location was perfect for Seabreeze, also backed up to a lovely town park with waking path around pond with exercise stations. Park has disc golf course as well and features music on certain evenings in the summer time.

  This spot nailed it. Super clean, modern rooms and a staff that actually wants to help. The free hot breakfast is a massive win with tons of solid options. Location-wise, you are perfectly placed to hit up Rochester and Webster spots, food, and shopping. Huge bonus points for the indoor pool and gym. A total no-brainer for business or weekend trips

  My wife and I stayed in the most expensive suite, and will not be back. Pros: - checkin was quick and easy - ample parking - lobby coffee and breakfast were surprisingly good - very convenient location for shopping/dining Cons: - housekeeping only came once during our 5-day stay, and didn’t even change the sheets - shower had very low water pressure and the floor of it was so slippery that we both fell (we’re in our 30s, so not an age thing) - toilet flushed very loudly and ran constantly - blood/bodily fluids stains on bathroom walls and shower curtain, and on couches - thermostat had no power, manual rotary controls on window unit made it impossible to get the temperature right - had to kill cockroaches on room floor, 3 of the 5 days we were there - all outside areas littered with goose droppings, walking around without stepping in it was like playing a game - rear entrance was absolutely covered with spider webs and very large spiders, which made their way into the interior of the rear entrance in droves - every day non-guests would come into the pool through the lobby and then let all of their friends in the back door at the pool, and be very disruptive - tv had no guide and no way to purchase movies Given that it was a suite that cost over $1,000 for 5 days, it was definitely not worth the cost and we will not be back.
