  Very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. A great hot breakfast and warm cookies in the afternoon.

  They do not allow external devices like fire sticks to connect to their TVs. The cable service is crap the cable service guide doesn't tell you what channel it is or what's on period so they expect you just to go into your room and stare at the wall.

  I just needed a place to sleep. Rooms were clean and the ac was pre-cranked for a cozy night. Unlike other hotels, where everything is a trap to get you to spend more, nearly every sign and offer was generous and considerate. Even though I was prepared, small acts of kindness are something I value. This location understands customers are more than a wallet. I am a little worried about their lack of ventilation near the showers, from a matinence perspective, but this approach also isolates the rooms more

  PEOPLE BEFORE CHECKING OUT, HAVE THE MANAGER COME INSPECT THE ROOM WITH YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I stood at this hotel on 8/7-8/10/26 and again on 8/12-8/13/26. After my departure back home I check my bank statement and saw that this hotel charged me for something extra that totaled $323. I called the hotel to see what the charge was for and they said I was charged that amount because of a broken TV. I stated to the GM Alicia Stephenson that the TV was working fine when we checked out. We had that TV on the whole time up until we checked out. I told her it could’ve been the cleaning crew that damaged the TV while sweeping or wiping. Those cleaning crews are rushing to clean those rooms and could’ve not been careful and bumped the TV. They did not want to own up to it. I told her why would I come back to stay at the same hotel if I broke something? It’s easier for the cleaning crew to blame the client that stood in that room because they don’t expect the client to come back to the same hotel after checkout and they know we are tourists and they won’t see us again. The cleaner doesn’t want to get in trouble. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns all over the country and abroad and I am a IHG member. Never have I damaged anything in any hotel. They didn’t even give me a courtesy call to let me know about the damage and didn’t tell me they were going to charge me. That charge is unauthorized and I want my $323 refunded back to me and there is no proof that the TV was damaged by me. This hotel is managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates and I plan to escalate it to them as well. I have also escalated this with IHG. Reviews will be left on other sites as well. Only a dumb person would come back to stay at a hotel if they broke something on the first visit. I’ve attached a photo taken by the GM Alicia Stephenson.
