  Good service, appreciate the free coffee that is always available in the lobby. Pool and hot tub were out but they could provide access to some at a nearby hotel.

  Hot tub not working (cold. They claimed turn on the jets. To heat a massive tub? No). Breakfast machines mostly broken - no pancakes, no cinnamon rolls. Room smelled of humidity, dampness. Would not stay here again. Definitely not brand standard

  Location was very quiet. Lobby was nice, spacious, bright with a very convenient wide staircase. Hot tub was also nice. Enjoyed outside seating too. Staff was very attentive. Room 239 faced back lawn.

  The staff were very friendly the rooms were clean and hot tub was nice. The shower in 122 really needs an upgrade. The grip bar on the wall was broken in half and the shower head is spraying way off to the side. It usually means there is some kind of scum build up internally causing it. The breakfast wasn't the best I've had at these hotels, but hey its complimentary.

  We stayed 7/20 - 7/22/26. This is a situation where staff made the difference in a negative way. What could’ve been 5 stars is a mediocre 3 stars. We travel for a living and are Black Diamond members. We see ALOT of HI’s. While some of the front desk stafg were friendly HI representatives, the management and customer service was lacking. Shortly after checking in a staff member walked in our room without warning —quite a shock! Breakfast was poor quality on BOTH days and the staff person assigned to kitchen either had two bad days in a row or HI hospitality is not a good fit for her. Management staff were visible (and clearly dressed up) but should be coached not to “major on the minor.” If HI owners would like some examples, contact us. We were in Room 200. (By the way, we suggest you tell all the large truck drivers to park their rigs in the back so when you have a full hotel they don’t take most of the front lot spaces.)
