- TBTisha BrownSep 18, 20261.0Not impressed at all with this establishment. The bathroom tub and sink were nasty with built up soap scum and mildew. Their breakfast was not appealing at all- powdered eggs, pork offerings only. I wasn’t impressed with the front desk just warm bodies doing a job - not welcoming at all. The service staff was exceptional- friendly and hospitable.
- VAvitor azinheiraSep 6, 20264.0Hotel in a nice quiet area Was renovated but some changes needs to be made still front desk with good vibes and breakfast area also a lot seating area and great coffee I had in a while at Hotels We usually avoid breakfast but we give it a shot Room was nice and modern Ac unit very old was cold in the room and we turned off and put the heat but smelled like burning cardboard so we turned off and have to have the room door open for 15 minutes since we can’t open windows Bed was very soft rate 2 so we didn’t sleep well. Recommend to add a bit more firm mattress so we have an option on a double bed rooms
- DHDeanna HenryAug 29, 20264.0Needed a quiet hotel after a long day. Holiday Inn has the comfiest beds and the BEST pillows!
- ARAzeem RehmanAug 23, 20264.0Entering the property and parking area felt almost like arriving at a private gated community, offering a secure and impressive first impression. Mac at the front desk was exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive, which truly elevated the stay. While the building has a classic, older charm, everything was well maintained, and the elevator and corridors were clean and functional throughout. The room quickly became comfortable and refreshing once the AC was running, and the bed’s firmness provided a restful night’s sleep. The shower worked well for a quick refresh, and the overall room setup made for a pleasant stay. The highlight was the superb breakfast, a generous spread with plenty of varieties that made the morning especially enjoyable. Overall, it’s a solid and comfortable place to stay with excellent staff and great amenities.
- MGMi GoJul 16, 20263.0Rooms were clean, location was convenient. Beds are ok. Room was cold at night even though it is in the middle of summer and the AC was off. Noise blocking is not great so you might get awaken by noise. The breakfast was ok.
