From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong odor reminiscent of a dirty, wet dog, and the overall air quality felt poor and stale. The stairwells smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, making common areas unpleasant as well. The beds were old, worn out, and extremely springy, providing little comfort for a good night's sleep. Parking was also an issue, with very limited spaces available for guests, which added unnecessary frustration. To make matters worse, customer service was disappointing. Staff were not particularly helpful or attentive when concerns were raised. Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and level of service fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
