  Skyler is awesome! Worked hard to get us rooms last minute! Had a huge group that was tired and she handled our situation professionally and with speed.

  This location was a mixed bag. Some employees were great, while others ignored people standing at the front desk waiting for help, or answered "yep" to anything said or asked to them. The rooms were fairly dirty. Hair was still on the sofa and floor when we first checked in. The sink stopper was detached from the bathroom sink and was just left there. Despite the room being serviced daily, no one bothered to replenish toilet paper or body soap. The gym and pool were excellent. Breakfast was as expected, but absolutely no variation from day to day. They were also missing coffee station items and made no attempt to keep it clean and organized. There were signs of keeping the hotel family friendly, yet I and my family had to deal with strong smells or marijuana on our floor one day. Large, loud groups would block the passageways on the first floor even after supposed quiet hours. Despite the great location for everything we wanted to do, I won't be using this one again.

  Our stay at this lovely Holiday Inn & Suites location was perfect. The front desk workers were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and very tasty. There were so many choices. We had a hard time choosing what to eat! Kudos to the pantry staff! Our room on the first floor was immaculate, well kept, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of parking spaces and lots of restaurants, stores where you could pick up necessities, and gas stations nearby. Beautiful neighborhood. My friend and I went for a walk one evening and all the homes were beautiful and well kept. Very safe place for a walk. The only two things I could mention that would have improved our stay are: The ice machine on our floor was not working and the coffee machine at breakfast took a long time to brew a cup and there was a long line of people waiting for coffee.Maybe those two items need replacing? Otherwise, everything was fabulous and I highly recommend this place. If I go to Tonawanda again, I will definitely stay there.

  Watch out if you use a 3rd party app. Agoda was the app I have used many times but today I learned it’s not worth the 20 bucks it saves, at least at this hotel. I had a conformation for a few weeks of a 2 queen bed room with sofa bed and the day before arrival holiday inn overbooked and canceled my room on me. So they of course want to get their 20 bucks from their app over agoda but it was just crappy. Never had that happen before but this hotel seems to not care about 3rd party apps so watch out if you use one. I really don’t know if it was Agoda or Holiday inn’s screw up but now I have find another room last minute. Holiday Inn blamed me that I did not show I had kids but I am like I paid for a 5 person room so I want my 5 person room that I paid for and had confirmation that I had. I don’t see that as a good reason to cancel me that I did not fill out the kids section, but they do.

  Spacious rooms with cozy beda. Clean and smoke free. Ample parking available. No EV charger on premise. But there àre nearby charging stations. Bathrooms were huge and well organized except that the exhaust wasnt working and the bathtub was clogged as water was draining really slow. Overall a good stay if you are here to visit Niagara for a day or 2.
