The pass is good for two days, although we only had one day to visit. Arriving at noon, we were advised to do the 115pm fort tour followed by the 230pm exhibits tour. Both tours are included in your admission, along with many other events. Since we had some time, we walked down to the King's Garden and the boat house, before the tour. Our 115pm docent not only had a great voice, but an incredible knowledge of history. We stayed for the fireing of the cannon at 2pm which included 7 different fort participants. FYI they do two cannon shots. We highly recommend the trip.

Historic fort that was occupied by the French, English, and America. Cafe with burgers and sandwiches. Gift store with books, clothing, and other items tied the fort. Living history staff are through out the fort and available to answer questions. Beautiful views of the lake.

Amazing historical fort in Ticonderoga NY.
This is one of the most beautiful regions of New York.
The fort has been beautifully restored and tells many stories of the history of our country.
The exhibits are great and the reenactments are amazing.
I have been visiting since I was a kid and each time I'm there it's as exciting as the first time.
Watching the cannon demonstrations are always my favorite !
As far as the whiney complaints from people about the $30 entry fee...
This is run by a private entity and relies on entry fees to keep this amazing piece of history up and running.
$30 to be able to experience this is not a terrible price. Those same people who complain will think nothing of going to a gin mill and waste $100 on booze or will think nothing about buying a $15 pack of cigarettes but they will complain about $30 where they can have an amazing experience in history.
And as far as the cafe complaints, boo hoo, you shouldn't be eating chicken tenders and fries anyway !!!
