  I booked a room and went to the hotel to check-in. They said that the room was no longer available and I would not be charged. The next day I was charged the full amount. The manager, Dave, was rude and wanted nothing to do with helping to resolve.

  Avoid this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked and paid for a King room online, but upon arrival I was told they only had Double beds available because I was traveling with dogs. Downgrading a room that was already paid for simply because I had pets is unacceptable. They then charged an additional $40 per pet ($80 total), making this nearly a $200 stay for a subpar room. The mattress was terrible, with such a deep dip in it that I woke up feeling like my body had been folded in half. I barely slept. The worst part was the customer service. After I was incorrectly charged three times the expected amount, Ms. Gee was hostile instead of helpful. She called me "stupid" and told me I was "nothing special" while I was trying to resolve a billing error. No customer should ever be spoken to that way. I filed a formal complaint with management, and it was completely ignored. The owner's failure to address the situation sends a clear message that this type of behavior is acceptable. Between the bait-and-switch room, poor-quality accommodations, excessive pet fees, billing issues, and abusive customer service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I will never stay here again.

  I check beds in Amy room we stay luckily I do. the photo is what our bed under the bottom sheet looked like. The front desk clerk “Kyle” doubt that’s really his name. wrote it off as if nothing was wrong. And told me I’m not allowed to show other guests this photo. Well here it is for all to see!

  Disability front door openers broken, ice machine broken, dirty coffee pot uncleaned, tub look dirty, one of the queen beds looks slept in. Ms Gee was very pleasant when I checked in; she’s what earned the 1 star, otherwise there wouldn’t be any stars.
