  We were here for the graduation at the State Fairgrounds. We stayed for two nights, easy check in, spacious room, quiet location, and stable WiFi. There isn’t many toiletries when we first arrive in our room, but you can contact the front desk, and get them later. Breakfast is standard and included.

  Easy to find, right off the toll road, and near plenty of gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants. Also practically walkinf distance from the fairgrounds! The room was lovely and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

  Absolutely disgusting experience. The second I walked into the room, I was hit with an overpowering cigarette smoke smell. The entire room reeked like an ashtray. I immediately called the front desk to report this and ask for another room, and the woman working there was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I was told there were no king rooms available, only doubles, which did not work because I’m not traveling alone. I then asked for fresh pillows or pillowcases because even the bedding smelled like smoke, and she refused that too! I honestly cannot believe this level of service exists. I travel frequently, and this was by far the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Dirty-smelling room, horrible customer service, and a front desk employee with a terrible attitude who clearly could not care less about guests. This hotel should be embarrassed charging people to stay in rooms that smell like cigarettes while treating customers this way when they complain. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. The downtown location is infinitely better. Zero stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
