Everything was good at Best Western, and the customer service was great. My only complaint was that the room was cold and the heat wasn’t turned on, even though the weather in New York was getting colder.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. The room was clean; however the bathroom had inadequate lighting in the shower area. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel has plenty of great dining and entertainment options within a few minutes walk. It’s a great location if you’re doing business or site seeing in the downtown area. Parking at this location can be a challenge. The hotel has a very small parking lot in the rear of the building, which filled up quickly during my stay. There is free street after 6:00 PM, and there are daily rate garages in the vicinity. Overall, great location and the hotel appeared clean. Gym offered cardio equipment and dumbbells. Looking forward to the next visit.

The room was adequately sized but loud from street traffic, which is an understandable tradeoff. What is totally unacceptable was the customer service from Holly. The inadequate instructions she gave for how to enter the weekend lot we're vague and lacked crucial details for having to drive over a sidewalk to get around barriers. When I expressed confusion over this I was met with hostile insult to my intelligence. The exchange was so egregious other guests commented on it to us afterwards. Stay at a different hotel if Holly is the manager.

Stayed 1 night here on our way to Salem. Kiki at the front desk was amazing. Our room was wonderful except our air conditioning wouldn't work. Kiki switched us to a different and much better room for our inconvenience. This hotel is right in the downtown area which is great for walking to local bars and restaurants. Parking is very limited in their lot but there is a parking garage next door. Only noise we heard during the night was cars and people out on the streets in the night. Not the hotels fault. Just keep in mind this is right in downtown on the corner so there is some traffic noise. Other then that the beds were comfortable and service was great!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Great location close to many restaurants and bars. Good complimentary breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms.
