  Stayed 1 night here on our way to Salem. Kiki at the front desk was amazing. Our room was wonderful except our air conditioning wouldn't work. Kiki switched us to a different and much better room for our inconvenience. This hotel is right in the downtown area which is great for walking to local bars and restaurants. Parking is very limited in their lot but there is a parking garage next door. Only noise we heard during the night was cars and people out on the streets in the night. Not the hotels fault. Just keep in mind this is right in downtown on the corner so there is some traffic noise. Other then that the beds were comfortable and service was great!

  We really enjoyed our short stay here. Great location close to many restaurants and bars. Good complimentary breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms.

  Room was clean We went out the next day came back to our room. The beds were not made no fresh towels, and they did not empty the trash.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - BY A MANAGER, HOLLY, NO LESS. I have stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. I attempted to book a second reservation. We were told we would receive a discount if we booked directly through the hotel. After calling and speaking to a representative, we were told that the representative was too new to be able to help us and to call back overnight for the manager to be able to help us get the specific rate. And soon as we called back, the manager was extremely rude. At first she argued with us with check in dates, saying that the date we asked to check in was a Tuesday even though it is a Sunday. We then confirmed the correct dates. She then claimed we were rude with the rep we spoke with earlier which is completely untrue - we in fact had a very pleasant conversation. She was very apologetic about the fact that she is new and requested that we called back, even apologizing for the fact that it would be a late hour at which to reach her manager. We then got the correct dates and the correct rate for the room but then the manager asked for a credit card but flat refused to give us a total. When we asked she cursed at us under her breath (though loudly), and had the audacity to say she was not going to go back to the previous screen and we could give her our credit card (on faith, apparently) or book somewhere else as she did not care. That is type of service we received despite being rewards members and returning customers. I fully expect you to receive the same service if that manager is still employed there.

  We were assigned a room that wasn't ready, but they did give us a new room, with an upgrade. Although it was a pain having to carry our stuff down from the 10th floor, then back up. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped. Breakfast looked appetizing, but did not taste as good as it looked. Coffee was so-so.
