  This is one of the worst of the Holiday Inn Express properties that I have ever stopped at. There was NO coffee available and the breakfast was dried up with no meat at 7:20 in the morning. When I asked the front desk clerk why se said the "breakfast" team didn't come in and she didn't know how to do anything. Didn't even know how to put coffee beans in the coffee maker???? Several couples went across the street to get coffee and breakfast. Nothing like paying for breakfast twice......

  We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and overall, it was a good experience. The front desk staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming. There was plenty of parking, and the breakfast was served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Complimentary coffee was available throughout the day, and there was plenty of seating in the breakfast area. The room was clean, but it didn't have enough towels, so we had to request additional ones from the front desk. Facial tissues were also missing and were provided upon request. The indoor pool was open when we arrived (around 6:45 PM until 8:00 PM). The water temperature was comfortable, although there is no hot tub or heated spa. The view from the back of the hotel was beautiful. The location is excellent, with several attractions nearby, including HITS horse shows, the lighthouse, and other places of interest. The complimentary American breakfast was good, with omelets, milk, fresh fruit, bread, butter, juice, and coffee. It wasn't an elaborate spread, but it had everything needed for a satisfying breakfast. The Wi-Fi speed was good. The only issue we experienced was that room service called to let us know our toddler was making too much noise while walking around the room. We immediately settled him down and put him to sleep. However, families with young children may find this challenging, as it's difficult to keep toddlers from making some noise. It might be helpful if the hotel assigned families with small children to first-floor rooms whenever possible. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

  What great service at this hotel! Riya at the front desk was so understanding and Diane M as well! Definitely worth stating here, they really cater to the circumstances!!!

  Do not stay here if you like breakfast on time. I had to meet a client so I couldn't wait until they decided to wake up the have breakfast. I also had another guest say to me he has been there for several days and breakfast is always 30 to 60 minutes late. I wouldn't go back.
