  Had the chance to stay at the Brookmere in April 2026. It was a very nice property with comfortable rooms and a curated aesthetic. The location was great for what I needed but if you want food, shops other than what was on property you could take a short (15 min walk) to the lake for limited options or you have to get in the car. The restaurant on site was very nice but it could use some more traditional options (ie burger) in case you have pickier eaters or kids. The rooms were very comfortable with high end finishes and furnishings. Recommend getting a room on an upper floor- we were on the 1st and we heard footsteps above us once in a while.

  Stayed here for the Saratoga Regatta- the location is perfect (less than 10 min walk). The hotel is cozy and beautiful, restaurant is delicious, room was great! We will be back!

  Whoever was working front desk this a.m. around 11am deserves a promotion, raise, employee of month, praise, etc. Had a challenging phone call but handled like a pro. Additionally helped ensure my family was given attention. Such a beautiful escape and hidden gem in the region.

  Your hostess and ours, Christy, made our stay worry free from the moment we stepped foot into that cozy lobby. My wife and I along with our group of 7 total in 3 rooms marveled at the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. She made it her business to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you for putting her in that position, and we look forward to our next visit to Hotel Brookmere… where we hope to find Christy still doing her thing!

  Very nice rooms. However there is music that plays very loudly in the pool area. Our room faces the pool and we found it very loud when trying to watch TV or rest. When I called to ask the front desk to turn it down, the front desk clerk said they were not under any circumstances allowed to turn it down or off. I will also note that this was at a time where the pool and sauna were closed for the season. She seemed to know it was an issue. Very sour response for a seemingly high end hotel.
