Fantastic Hotel!!!!! This is how a hotel should be run!!!! The hospitality & cleanliness are out of this world!!! The breakfast variety was top notc!! and The bar area is great for a quick bite, a cocktail and a beautiful view of the river. I've stayed in several hotels in Rochester over the last 2 years do to family members @ Strong Memorial or General and none of them can hold a candle to this hotel.

I had stayed here for a long time and the staff were always so kind and helpful. They would go out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The happy hours are also amazing and the chefs always make amazing meals. I would love to come back here!

We had a wonderful experience hosting our event at Staybridge Suites Rochester University. From the very beginning of the planning process through the end of the event, their team was incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating. I never once felt like I was inconveniencing them, even with all of the little questions and details that come with planning an event. The food was excellent, with the flatbread pizza and brownies being two of our favorites. The service throughout the evening was just as impressive. The space itself was modern, comfortable, and worked beautifully for our event. What really stood out to me were all of the extra touches. They put up signage directing our guests to the event, which was so helpful, and they thought about the little details that made everything easier for us and our attendees. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our event and wanted it to be a success. Those extra touches and the way they treated us from start to finish made a real difference. I would absolutely recommend Staybridge Suites for anyone planning an event! We are already in the process of booking our 2027 events with them.

Great service by the staff. Clean rooms and the view of the river is gorgeous. Enjoyed our stay and morning breakfast next to the river.

Outstanding hotel, and the rooms have so many features, they think of everything even a laundry basket! Special call-out to Mike H. the facilities manager, went above and beyond to help fix a faulty pump to get my bike tires reinflated! Breakfast and hospitality are also great.
